A fabulous central location on the holiday park , you are just a short stroll away from the park amenities and to the walkway down to the beach. With a good sized plot you can enjoy sitting outside on your own bench and watch the world go by. There is ample parking immediately in front of the caravan for more than one vehicle.

Lounge/Dining Area:
A very spacious living area with a large bay window creates a light and airy feel to the caravan. A large L shaped sofa arrangement provides plenty of seating for the whole family and incorporates the pullout double sofa bed. Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout  with a widescreen TV and an intergrated bluetooth sound system with built in ceiling speakers, youll have plenty of in-caravan entertainment. There is a feature gas fire, however the caravan is central heated throughout ensuring you stay warm and toastie on even the most chilly evenings.  To the opposite corner of the living room is the dining area which consists of a corner seating and a large rectangular table.

Kitchen:
This well equiped kitchen and modern kitchen contains all you should need and more. With full sized fridge/freezer you are able to do a bigger shop and there is also afull sized oven with grill and a 4 burner gas hob shoulf you want to cook during your stay. The kitchen also has an intergrated micrwave, toaster, kettle and contains all your cookware, glassware and crockery.

Master Bedroom:
A double bed, built in wardrobes & storage and a wall mounted TV for your comfort and entertainment. We provide your duvets, pillows and mattress covers.

Family bathroom:
Consists of a large shower, extractor fan, hand basin and WC.

Cloakroom:
Contains separate hand basin & WC.

Outside:
Bench & ample parking.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
