This 2022 caravan has been designated as prestige and provides all of the little touches designed to make your stay extraordinary. The caravan is fully double-glazed with central heating, so you'll always be warm and cosy no matter the time of year.

Lounge

This spacious and open plan living area feels extremely modern with its contemporary décor. With its free-standing 3-seater sofa plus 2-seater sofa bed with deep button arms. The pull out couch offers an double bed or a comfy spot to watch its 42" flat screen TV, so you can enjoy your favourite movie in style. Sockets with USB ports for ease of charging devices.

Kitchen/Dining Room

A fully well-equipped kitchen that is stylish and roomy. There are 3 large appliances a dishwasher, oven & hob. The fridge/freezer combo is the size of a standard kitchen unit which means it will be perfect for food storage while on stay and leaves lots of space in your home at home. Free-standing dining room table and chairs with feature pendant lighting completes the modern look.

Master Bedroom

The spacious bedroom features a 5'0" king sized bed with deep button headboard, reading lights and a wall-mounted television. The bedroom has ample storage with its built in wardrobes and very importantly has its own separate toilet and washbasin. All duvets & pillows are provided.

Twin Bedroom

This caravan contains two single beds with storage. It also has duvets and pillows so you are ready to sleep when you arrive.

Bathroom

The unit is equipped with a large shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Outside

There's a parking space next to the caravan and picnic table and bench where you can enjoy alfresco dining.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
