Situated on an end plot you are in the perfect location for easy access to both the site amenities and the footpath leading down to the beach. The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout ensuring you are kept warm & cosy all year round.

Lounge:

A modern and contemporary style area, with L shaped sofa configuration offers ample seating for all the family. For your entertainment there is a 40" TV with DVD and bluetooth speaker system. A free standing coffee table & storage completes the look. USB charging points available. French doors at the front lead out onto the the veranda.

Kitchen/Dining Room:

Separated from the lounge this open plan lounge/dining room has been designed to the highest specification, with modern appliances including an integrated full sized fridge/freezer, 4 burner gas hob, oven, grill integrated microwave, toaster and kettle. With ample cupboard space and worktops you should have everything you could possible need. The family can sit and dine at the free standing dining table and chairs.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite:

This spacious bedroom with its comfortable double bed should ensure the perfect nights sleep. You have plenty of storage with its fitted wardrobes, cupboards, vanity table & stool. we have added an additional TV with DVD for your pleasure. All duvets and pillows are provided. From the bedroom you have an en-suite WC and hand-basin.

Bedroom x 2:

Both bedrooms contain two single beds and additional storage. Duvets and pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom:

This spacious bathroom has a large shower, WC & hand-basin together with ample shelf space for your toiletries.

Outside:

With its large wrap around decking and gated veranda you will have spectacular views over the bay, with picnic bench and table to enjoy a spot of al-fresco dining. There is ample parking next to the caravan.  

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 12 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
