With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are assured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year.

Lounge:

This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel about it with its two free standing sofa's one of which incorporates a double pull out sofa bed. A free standing coffee table, 40" wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD and integrated ceiling speaker system & COMPLIMENTARY STARLINK WIFI.

Kitchen/Dining Room:

This stylish, well equipped kitchencontains everything you should need and comprises an integrated dishwasher, oven with 4-burner hob & grill, integrated full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. All cookware, utensils & crockery are also provided.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite shower & WC:

A large bedroom with a super comfy 5ft king sized bed complete with duvet & pillows ensures you have everything needed for the perfect nights sleep. You have bags of storage with fitted wardrobes & drawers as well as a vanity table & stool, flat screen TV & hairdryer. Leading from the bedroom you have your own en-suite with shower, wc and hand-basin.

Twin Bedroom:

This room has two single beds & again comes with duvets & pillows.

Family Bathroom:

The bathroom contains a large shower, wc and hand basin.

Outside:

From the glorious decking enjoy watching the world go by. Great access to the beach and just a minutes walk to sea views. There is parking next to the caravan.  

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 12 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
