Front row with large south west facing decked balcony, one of the very best positions in the park to enjoy stunning sunsets. Ample parking & playing space.

The lounge has two large settees, one of which converts to a double. There is a large 42” HD TV with free sat, and a DVD player, next to a lovely log burner style electric fire. The French patio doors give access to the large veranda/balcony directly from the lounge which has a bench table and recliner chairs, so you can sit down, relax and enjoy the panoramic sun sets.

As this is a 2 bed van, but still 40ft X 14ft (20% larger than most vans), this means the lounge, dining and kitchen space is extremely large, as is the master bedroom. TheSW facing decked balcony is an “addition” to the 40X14ft, whereas some vans have the balcony is built into it therefore giving you even less space!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you need. Everything is integrated – Oven, 5 Burner Hob. Microwave, Washing Machine & Dishwasher. Also a Dyson V11 vacuum. The spacious dining area has a free standing table and chairs.

The Kitchen/Dining/Lounge area, the two Bedrooms and the Main Bathroom are all entered via the entrance lobby/area as you enter in the side front door where you will also find the alarm system. There are distant Sea Views from the Lounge.

The lovely main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large wardrobe, cupboards, dressing table and has an en-suite with a large shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is plenty of room for a baby's cot. There is also a new wall mounted HD TV.

The twin bedroom which has standard sized beds, plenty of cupboards and drawers and a wardrobe. We also have a HD TV in this room.

The family bathroom contains a large shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, cupboards and shelving.

The van also has an inbuilt blue tooth music system complete with ceiling mounted speakers.

Outside has ample parking.

Rental Booking Terms & Conditions

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
