We do provide bed linen all beds will be made up for you on arrival.You even have a parking bay next to the caravan.

The decking also wraps around the side with a gate, making it a safe area for the younger ones and also your equally precious 'four legged' members of your family. 

With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year. We even provide complimentary WIFI.

This van offers stylish holiday home living. The kitchen features modern high gloss beige fitted units with a freestanding ‘retro style’ fridge freezer, integral dishwasher and built in microwave. The cooker has a separate grill, plus a hob and extractor hood. The dining area has a freestanding table, and chairs with attractive overhead lighting. 

The comfortable lounge has sliding patio doors, L shaped seating. In addition there is a feature wall mounted fireplace with coal effect electric fire and over mantle storage cupboards. There is also a free standing matching TV stand. 

This caravan also offers a bath in the ensuite a washer dryer and dishwasher in the Kitchen making it a real home from home.

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 12 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
