From the elevated, front facing balcony, complete with picnic furniture, our beautiful holiday home is a stone's throw from all the site's amenities, making it a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. It is just a short walk from the sand dunes and a pathway that provides direct access to the stunning beach, which is both private and lifeguard patrolled at peaks times. 

You also have a private patio area, complete with a wooden picnic table and bench; perfect for al-fresco dining, and to the other side of the property there is ample parking for 2 cars.

Our Caravan 

Luxurious & pet friendly too, you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year. All bed linen is provided within the rental price & there's also complimentary high speed Starlink WIFI with unlimited data available as an optional extra.

Lounge
This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel, with two free standing sofa's one of which incorporates a pull out double sofa-bed, free standing coffee table, 40" Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker system. 

Kitchen/Dining
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a dishwasher, full sized oven and hob, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster - we even provide your tea towels! 

Master Bedroom with En-suite Shower & WC.
A 5ft double bed, complete with pillows, duvet and even Egyptian cotton bed linen, ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have an en-suite shower, washbasin & WC. There is plenty of storage too with gorgeous fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table, flat screen TV, hairdryer and ironing board. 

Twin Bedroom
This bedroom has two single beds, complete with pillows, duvets and all bed linen. 

Bathroom
The bathroom contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 12 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price). 

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
