Located in a fabulous location on Chy An Mor, with full wrap around decking and veranda, from it's elevated position you have outstanding views of the dunes and across the ocean where you will cathch some of the amazing sunrise and sunsets that we have in Cornwall. There is outdoor patio furniture, an additional TV in the Master Bedroom. You even have a parking bay next to the caravan and additional storage at the rear.

Our outstanding position on Perran Sands provides you with immediate access to all the site amenities and with Ocean Views just seconds away. 

Graded as 'Platinum' you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. Double french doors provide access onto the glorious & spacious veranda where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the world go by or simply keeping an eye on the kids. The decking also wraps around the side with a gate, making it a safe area for the younger ones and also your equally precious 'four legged' members of your family. . 

With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year. 

Lounge:
This spacious, open plan area has a modern contemporary design. With two luxurious sofa's, one of which incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed, free standing coffee table & gas fire. Complete with wall mounted TV and a Bluetooth speaker system to keep you entertained. French doors leading to the veranda.

Kitchen/Dining:
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises an integrated dishwasher, gas oven/grill and 4 burner hob, full sized integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster - we even provide your tea towels! There is a free standing dining room table and four dining room chairs.

Master Bedroom Suite with En-suite:
A king sized bed, complete with duvets & pillows and beds made up for your arrival, ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with gorgeous fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table, flat screen TV and hairdryer. Leading from the bedroom is your very own en-suite comprising a WC & wash basin.

Twin Bedroom :
This bedroom have two single beds, complete with pillows, duvets. The beds can be pushed together to make another double. Bed linen again provided.

Bathroom:
The bathroom contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside: 
From the glorious decking you can enjoy a glass of wine or simply watch the world go by.

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 12 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
