Located on Damson Green, you will have all those extra little touches to make your holiday experience even more special. French doors to the front provide acess onto the glorious veranda where you can watch the world go by with a glass of wine whilst taking in the wonderful sea views. The veranda is gated, making it a safe area for the younger members of your family. There is a level entrance to the caravan which makes life so much easier for guests who may struggle with steps and there is ample car parking by the caravan too. The location is great with both the on-site amenities and beach walkway just a short stroll away.

This caravan also has complimenary WIFI.

Lounge:

This spacious, open plan area has a modern but homely feel. With two sofa's, freestanding coffee table/stool set, Contemporary electric wall fire, 42" wall mounted TV with sound system & complimentary WIFI.

Kitchen/Dining Room

The stylish, well equipped kitchen contains everything you should need. Comprises of a dishwasher, oven/grill with 4-burner gas hob, full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and air-fryer. There is a free standing dining set with 4 chairs.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite

With a very comfortable double bed, complete with duvets & pillows you will everything you need for a perfect nights sleep. There is plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes, drawers & a dressing area with a corner vanity unit. There is a wall mounted TV & hairdryer. The en-suite contains a WC and wash-basin.

Twin Bedrooms x 2

Both bedrooms have two single beds, complete with duvets and pillows. Both rooms have wall mounted TV's.

Family Bathroom:

The bathroom contains heated towel rail, large shower cubicle, WC and wash-basin.

Outside:

A gorgeous decking with patio table and chairs. Parking.  

A £100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 12 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

The South Beach Café is easily one of the most picturesque spots to enjoy fresh British seafood. And on top of that it’s just a short way down the bright, red rock cliffs, onto the sandy bay.
