A fabulous 3 bed, 8 berth, pet friendly caravan with ramp access to a large secluded decking area overlooking the sand dunes of Perran Sands. The gated decked area provides a secure outdoor space for you to sit out, enjoy & kick back and relax. Internally the caravan is described as follows;

Lounge: With an open plan lounge, containing two large free standing sofa's one of which cotains a pull out double sofa bed providing sleeping for up to 8 people. Stylish decor throughout with centre coffee table, flat screen TV with build in DVD player and contemporary elecctric wall fire. Double french doors lead out onto the decked area.

Dining Room/Kitchen: A modern style kitchen with floor level & overhead units. A full sized oven/grill with 4 burner gas hob & an integrated full sized fridge/freezer for your online shop on arrival! The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary items of cookware plus crockery and cutlery. Within this kitchen area is a free standing dining room table & 4 matching chairs.

Master Bedroom: A 4'6" double bed with two bedside tables, plus overhead storage & wardrobe. In the window corner is a dressing area & mirror. En-suite WC and washbasin.

Single Bedroom x 2: each bedroom contains two single beds plus storage.

Family Bathroom: Contains shower cubicle, WC & Hand basin.

Outside: Large secluded decked area overlooking the sand dunes of Perran Sands. Parking available immediately adjacent to the caravan.

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
