A fabulous 3 Bed Pet Friendly Caravan, located in Kernow View, you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the resort, very close to all the amenities but far away enough on a peaceful quiet . 

Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely spacious, open plan living area is particularly bright and airy. There is ample seating for everyone with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed. There is also a 42" Flat-Screen TV with built in DVD. The Caravan is fully double glazed and central heated, there is also an electric fire making it cosy on those chilly evenings.

Kitchen: The stylish, well appointed kitchen contains everything you should require and comprises a full sized oven & hob, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a 4'6" double bed for a perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and additional shelving space.   Duvets and pillows provided but please bring your own linen and towels.  There is also an ensuite toilet in the master bedroom.

Twin Bedroom 1: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Twin Bedroom 2: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Family Bathroom: Contains a large Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin, WC and some additional storage.

Parking: There is parking directly next to the caravan.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
