Graded as Prestige you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. Double french patio doors provide access onto the glorious & spacious veranda where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the world go by or simply keeping an eye on the kids playing. The decking is also gated and with ramp access making it safe and secure for the younger ones. 

Fully double glazed and central heated throughout you are sure to be kept warm and toastie regardless of the time of year.

Lounge: this spacious, open plan living area has a modern but homely feel to it. With two luxurious sofa's one of which incorporates a double pull out sofa bed. A free standing coffee table, contemporary electric fire, 40" TVwith DVD and a built in ceiling speaker system complete the look. French doors to the front lead out to the veranda.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The stylish well appointed kitchen contains everything you should need. Comprises of a full sized fridge/freezer, oven/grill with 4 burner gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. All your cookware, crockery and cutlery is provided. Within this space you have a freestanding dining table and chairs to sit and eat.

Master Bedroom with en-suite WC: Contains a double bed with comfortable mattress to ensure you have a great nights sleep. You will have ample storage with fitted wardrobes and drawers plus a vanity dressing table and stool. All duvets and pillows are provided. Off the bedroom is your own en-suite WC with Hand-Basin.

Twin Bedrooms x 2: Both bedrooms have two single beds, duvets and pillows. The beds can be pushed together to make a double.

Family Bathroom: Contains a large shower, hand-basin & WC. There is plenty of shelf space for your toiletries.

Outside: From the glorious decking with patio furniture simply sit and watch the world go by. Parking is immediately next to the caravan. A very short walk to the site amenities and beach walkway.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
