A brand new 2023 model, pet friendly, 3 bed 8 berth, caravan situated on Perran Sands Holiday Park, Perranporth, Cornwall. Located in a lovely elevated position Pentreath View, you will have an idyllic base for your family holiday.

Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely open plan, spacious living area is especially bright and airy. There is plenty of seating for a family of up to 8 peoplewith its large L-Shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a double pull out sofa bed. To keep the family entertained when the weather is not so good there's a 32" flat screen TV with freeview. The caravan is central heated & also has a feature flame effect fire in the main living area, ensuring you are all warm & Toastie even on those chilly evenings. Opposite you will find the dining area also featuring an L-Shaped seating arrangement & two further stools. The caravan is tastefully decorated throughout.

Kitchen: This stylish kitchen is very well appointed and contains all you should need. It comprises a full sized oven & grill with four-burner gas hob. You also have a  fridge/freezer, microwave, toasterand all your cookware, crockery/cutlery.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a 4'6" double bed for a great nights sleep. You will have loads of storage too with a fitted wardrobe, drawersand dressing table with mirror. All duvets & pillows are provided.

Twin Bedrooms x 2: Both rooms have two single beds, additional storage and once again duvets & pillows are provided.    

Family Bathroom: Contains large shower cubicle with power shower, WC & Wash Basin.

Cloakroom: Contains a separate WC & Wash Basin.

Outside: Parking is directly outside as is your own outdoor furniture.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
