Nestled within the dunes, it really is the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday, providing access to site amenities within a few minutes, yet retaining a sense of quiet. Ocean views are also just a few minutes walk away.

Decking access with ramp Stepping into the caravan, the lounge and dining room are to your left.

Lounge/Dining Room: This bright, spacious, open plan area has a real modern feel, with an L-shaped seating unit, with the near section making up part of the seating for the dining unit. There's a sturdy free standing dining table and additional stools opposite. The seating unit also incorporates a pull out sofa bed. Opposite, a stylish wall unit contains the 32" TV/DVD with free view. The wall mounted electric fire completes the modern contemporary look.

Kitchen: Is open plan and galley style, with a central walkway. It really is a fabulous workable space with a small breakfast bar, full sized oven/grill & 4-burner hob. There's a fridge with freezer section, microwave, kettle and toaster. Indeed it's well equipped with everything you should need for your stay - we even provide your tea towels.

Master Bedroom: An angled door reveals the bright and airy master bedroom, featuring a 4'6" double bed, complete with duvet, pillows. There's bedside shelves, double wardrobe with mirror. We provide an iron, ironing board and hairdryer, meaning less to pack.

Twin Bedroom: Located at the rear of the caravan, this twin room is a much larger space than you might expect. With twin beds and central bedside shelf, there's plenty of space to walk between the beds. A built in wardrobe also provides additiona storage. Again, complete with duvets, pillows and all bed linen.

Bathroom: The family bathroom contains a large shower unit, extractor fan, hand basin with mirror above and WC.

WC: In the rear corner of the caravan is a separate WC and hand basin conveniently located for either bedroom.

Outside: There is parking for your vehicle and direct access onto the dunes.

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a flume and newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, a sports court for football & basketball and sports hub containing activities archery and fencing.

Onsite you will also find a fully stocked convenience store with instore bakery, a gift shop, launderette and mini gym. The Hire Shop will also provide you with anything you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including The Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which has WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza which offers a delivery service also and a traditional Cooke's Fish & Chip shop. A sports bar opens throughout the day/evening for drinks and snacks, with pool tables, Sky TV and an outside seating area. Other entertainment include The Fun Works Amusement Arcade plus Shows performed in The Live Lounge.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off at the Holiday Park. Alternatively Perranporth can be easily reached by foot via the coastal path running alongside the golf course, onto Perranporth Beach and the past the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself contains a number of interesting shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes most of which are dog friendly. There is also a boating lake and gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided. A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

Check-in and key collection is via a key safe on the day of your arrival. Full arrival information will be provided.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
