This is a wonderful 4 Bedroom Caravan Yes 4 Bedrooms !! Situated on Pentreath View which is a lovely peaceful part of the park. Very close to the walkway down to Perranporth beach but also not far from all the amenities ! This Caravan also has side decking so you can sit outside with a Beer or glass of wine watching the world go by and your Dog is also welcome to join you as this is a pet friendly caravan. 

The lounge and kitchen area has an open plan aspect giving you and your family plenty space at all times.

The lounge area has a remote control electric fire, TV with DVD. Large corner sofa with dining table at top end with plenty of room to seat 6 people

The kitchen comes well equipped with a microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates and dishes, fridge freezer and full size gas oven and hob.

There are 4 bedrooms, 1 x Master double ,3 x single . We provide Duvets and pillows but Linen is not included.

There is a large spacious bathroom with power shower, toilet and wash basin . There is also an additional separate toilet with wash basin

For your additional comfort the caravan is double glazed and has gas central heating throughout.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
