Lounge:
Patio doors to the front lead into a fully contained living room with a large L-Shaped sofa arrangement containing a pull out sofa bed. A large 42" TV and separate DVD player will ensure you are kept fully entertained. With free standing coffee table & tastefully decorated throughout this is home from home by the beach! Central heated throughout & contemporary wall mounted feature fire will keep you warm & toastie even on a cooler night.

Kitchen/Dining Room:
Very unusual & a great feature of this caravan is its separate dining room & kitchen. The door from the lounge takes you into this area. With its well equipped kitchen featuring a full sized fridge/freezer, oven with 4 burner gas hob, microwave, toaster & kettle, together with all your cookware & utensils. You should want for nothing. Here you will find your WIFI router providing you with complimentary wifi throughout the caravan.

Within this area is your dining area featuring a free standing dining table & chairs.

Master Bedroom:
This larger than average room contains a king sized bed, wall mounted TV & vanity area. There is a door to a walk-in wardrobe providing you with more storage than you could imagine for a caravan. You even have your own separate en-suite WC with handbasin. Duvets & pillows are provided.

Twin Bedroom:
This can be configured either as two singles or by pushing the beds together makes for another double (as in the photos). Again there is a wall mounted TV & ample storage. Duvets & pillows are provided.

Family Bathroom:
Contains large shower, WC, Handbasin & plenty of storage & shelving for your toiletries.

Outside Area:
A parking Bay is provided directly besside the caravan. Behind this you will find a lovely sitting area which is South Facing for all day sunshine (Cornish weather permitting), with your own picnic bench & table. Your location provides perfect access to the nearby walkway which takes you down to the beach or the coastpath leading into Perranporth via the beach.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
