Lounge:
This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel, with a large L-shaped sofa incorporating a pull out double sofa bed, 42" flat screen TV.

Kitchen/Dining:
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a full sized oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is a corner table and dining table.

Master Bedroom :
A very large bedroom with a amazingly comfortable King bed, complete with pillows, duvet, ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too.

Twin Bedroom:
This bedroom has two single beds, complete with pillows, duvets.

Bathroom:
The bathroom contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
14 Atlantic Height's has a picnic bench and also additional seating for you to sit outside enjoy a meal or drinks watching the world go by.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
