Welcome to our beautiful three bedroom eight berth Gold graded pet friendly ABI Haywood caravan which benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout.  It comes with a side decking, en suite bathroom and a private car parking space with free Parkdean Wi-Fi.

The spacious lounge has plenty of seating on the modern L shaped sofa (including sofa bed), there is a good sized dinning table and a focal point electric fire.  We have included a 32 inch wall mounted TV & DVD player with Freeview along with a small selection of movies for your enjoyment.

Our luxury fitted kitchen has rounded oak effect wall and base units with soft close doors and comes fully equipped with everything that you should need during your stay including a full size oven and 4 ring gas hob with stainless steel extractor hood and full height glass splashback, built in microwave, full size fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and complete cutlery and crockery inventory.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with wall lights as well as overhead storage units.  There is a large double wardrobe along with a dressing table and mirror complete with seat, this bedroom also has the benefit of a private ensuite WC.

Both twin bedrooms have a pair of single beds, wall mounted storage units and lights and a single wardrobe.  All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort.

The shower room is fitted with a modern white suite which includes a WC, sink with bathroom cabinet above and a large enclosed shower cubicle.

This lovely caravan is very well laid out as you would expect from the premium ABI brand and is located on a level south facing double plot at the quiet Meadows area of the park which is just a short stroll from the entertainment complex.

To keep our costs as low as possible guests will be required to bring their own bed linen however please note that we do provide all duvets and pillows as well as mattress and pillow protectors.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception at check in if required.

We operate a strict no smoking policy inside this caravan.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, payment can be made Bank Transfer.  For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan for an addiitonal charge of £40 per dog (MAX TWO PER BOOKING).

Our prices are based on a 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 4.00PM and check out no later than 10.00AM.  Short stays of a minimum 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holidays subject to availability.
