Welcome to the latest of our 5 caravan fleet this lovely silver rated 2018 ABI Oakley 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan sited on a superb end plot at The Fairings area of the park.

This pet friendly caravan features full gas central hearting throughout, double glazing, an ensuite wc off the master bedroom, decking area and private parking alongside.

Spaciously modern at 39ft long and 12ft wide this caravan can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests making it ideal for a large family group holiday.

The lounge features a modern L shaped sofa, wall mounted TV and seperate DVD player  as well as a feature electric fire.  It is bathed in daylight with the wrap around windows which is enhanced by the french doors which open out onto your own private decking area.

Dining is next to the open plan kitchen where you will find a corner sofa area with additional footstools and a large table so plenty of room at mealtime.  The kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with interrated full size fridge and freezer, 4 ring gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.

The master bathroom has a WC, sink and large enclosed shower cubicle while there are two twin bedrooms each with overhead cupboards, tow sinle beds and a single wardrobe in each. The master bedroom has a double bed, overhead units, side tables and a double wardrobe, plus there is a small dressing table area next to the ensuite wc.

All in all this is a fabulous caravan at a fraction of the price of booking direct with Haven so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like further information or to make a booking.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible you will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels however we do supply all duvets and pillows along with all pillow and matress protectors.

We let this caravan on a Staurday to Saturday basis with a 4.00pm check in time and check out no later than 10.00am. Short stays of 3 nights or more will be considered outside of the peak holiday weeks.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99.00 payable by bank transfer with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than 10 weeks in adavance we will require a 50% deposit with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

We are happy to accept will behaved dogs in this caravan for an additional charge of £40 per dog (MAX 2 PER BOOKING).

This caravan is booked as a 'Stay Vacation' (caravan only) and entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased online in advance of your stay if required, subject to availabilty.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
