Welcome to the latest addition to our 5 caravan fleet with this modern Silver rated 2018 ABI Oakley 3 bedroom, 6 berth pet friendly caravan which is located on a great pitch in The Fairings area of Perran Sands Holiday Park just a 5 minute walk from the entertainment complex and surrounded by stunning views.

This spaciously modern caravan at 39ft x 12ft can easily accommodate a large family group and features full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, it has a decking area and private parking right alongside, it also boasts an ensuite WC off the master bedroom.

The lounge has an large L shaped sofa, a 40 inch LED TV with separate DVD player, and a focal point electric fire. With its wraparound windows, it is bathed in daylight, which is further enhanced by full height French doors that open out onto your own private decking.

The dining area is situated opposite the open plan kitchen and has wrap around sofa seating, with the addition of a couple of extra footstools and a large dining table.

The two tone oak fully fitted kitchen comes complete with an integrated, full size fridge and freezer; a 4 ring gas hob and oven; a built-in microwave; a kettle and toaster; plus a full inventory of crockery and cutlery.  We have also added an air fryer for your convenience.

The main bathroom has a WC, wash basin with mirrored cabinet above, and a large fully enclosed shower cubicle.

The master bedroom is a good size and features a double bed, bedside cabinets, overhead storage units, a large double wardrobe and dressing table area, next to the ensuite WC.  You can also fit a travel cot in this bedroom if required (not supplied).

There are two twin bedrooms, each containing two single beds, overhead storage units and a single wardrobe. One is slightly larger than the other and the single beds can be pushed together to form a double if required.

All in all this is a fantastic family caravan on a superb pitch, just a 5 minute walk from the entertainment complex and a 10 minutes from Perranporth Beach, one of Cornwall's premier beaches with its 3 miles of golden sands and featuring the Watering Hole, which I believe to be Britain's only feet in the sand pub.

Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible you will be required to supply your own bed linen and towels although we do supply all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

We take great pride in our family caravan and work hard to keep it clean, comfortable and welcoming for all our lovely guests. As this is our privately owned family holiday home, we kindly ask that all guests treat the caravan and its contents with the same care and respect they would their own home and show consideration to our neighbours.
We are looking for friendly, respectful and considerate guests who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and will leave the caravan clean, tidy and well looked after.  If you feel this describes what you are looking for from a caravan holiday we will be delighted to welcome you to our holiday home. 

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99.00 per week payable by bank transfer with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.  For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance will require full payment.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan (max 2 per booking) for an additional charge of £50.00.  We would appreciate it if dog owners supplied their own sofa covers and didn't allow the dogs into the bedrooms.

Please note that this caravan is strictly no smoking or vaping.

You will be booking a 'Stay Vacation' (caravan only) and Play Passes are not included in the price.  These passes can however be purchased online in advance of your stay or from reception on arrival subject to availability.

If you are looking to book two caravans we also own a second one on Perran Sands which is very close by so please ask for details.

We let this caravan on a Saturday to Saturday 7/14 night basis with a 4.00pm check in time and check out no later than 10.00am. Short stays of 3 nights or more will be considered outside of the peak holiday weeks as will extended stays of 10 nights plus.

Placed among high dunes, Perran Sands has a distinctive look and feel...

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
