Welcome to our lovely three bedroom six berth Gold graded Swift Bordeaux caravan at Parkdeans 4 star Newquay Holiday Park in Cornwall.

This modern caravan benefts from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, ensuite to the master bedroom as well as a large South Facing side deck with a Ratten furntiture set including dining table and sun parasol.  Private parking is right alongside the caravan which also features Parkdeans free customer Wifi.

The open plan lounge diner is vey spacious and features an L-shaped sofa, full height windows to the front, as well as a wall mounted TV, DVD player, electric fire and coffee table with foot stools.  The dining table is located between the Lounge and Kitchen and has seating for six people.

Our modern Kitchen is fully equipped with highline and low level cream coloured units with a 4 ring gas hob, gas grill and oven as well as electic extractor hood.  It comes with a microwave, toaster and kettle as you would expect as well as a full size intergrated fridge/freezer.  We supply a full crockery and cutlery inventory including saucepans and baking trays etc.  We have now also included an air fryer for your convenience.

The spacious master bedroom has a its own ensuite wc, a double bed, bedside cabinets, overhead units as well as a large double wardrobe and fitted dressing table with stool.  The bedroom is large enough to fit in a trravel cot at the foot of bed if required (not supplied).

Both of the twin bedrooms feature two single beds which can be pushed together if prefererd to form doubles, they also have single wardrobes, a bedside cabinet and overhead storage.

The master bathroom features a large walk in shower, sink with mirrored cupboad above and a WC with storage above. 

This lovely family caravan is located at the quiet Sycamores area of the park on a fantastic South facing pitch which is just a 5 minute stroll to the entertainment complex.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival (if required), you will need to show these to gain access to the swimming pools and show bar.

We take great pride in our family caravan and work hard to keep it clean, comfortable and welcoming for all our lovely guests. As this is our privately owned family holiday home, we kindly ask that all guests treat the caravan and its contents with the same care and respect they would their own home and show consideration to our neighbours.
We are looking for friendly, respectful and considerate guests who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and will leave the caravan clean, tidy and well looked after.  If you feel this describes what you are looking for from a caravan holiday we will be delighted to welcome you to our holiday home. 

Please note that this caravan is strictly no smoking, vaping or pets.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, payment can be made Bank Transfer.  For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance we will require full payment.

Our prices are based on a 7/14 night Friday to Friday basis with a check in time of 4.00PM and check out no later than 10.00AM.  Short stays of a minimum 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holidays subject to availability as will extended styas of 10 nights..
