If you are looking for a superb pet freindly caravan on a lovely quiet pitch then look no further than our beautiful Silver graded Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 3 bedroom 6 berth which is a wonderful choice for families, friends and couples alike and makes the perfect holiday destination at any time of the season. 

This spaciously modern caravan has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout as well as its own private parking bay next to the caravan and French Doors leading out onto its large wrap around deck that looks out onto the sand dunes, perfect for relaxing on those lazy summer days in the our Ratten outdoor seating.  It also comes with a gated access ramp so if you have young children in prams or buggies there are no steps to negotiate and a gate will keep them safe.

We have chosen a lovely quiet part of the park called Holywell Bay which is just a short walk to the entertainment complex, shops, bars and restaurants that this wonderful 4 star Haven site has to offer and only a 5 minute walk through the park to one of premier beaches in Cornwall Perran Bay with its 3 mile stretch of beautiful golden sands.

This is a modern caravan and at 38ft x 12ft can easily accommodate up to 6 people, the master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a good sized family shower room / WC. 

In the spacious living area you will find two free standing sofas, a coffee table with pull out stools and a 32 inch TV and DVD along with a selection of movies.  

There is a dinning table with seating for six people just opposite the open plan Kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped with a microwave on the peninsula unit, a full size oven with 4 burner gas hob and a large full sized fridge freezer.  

Outside on the decking you will find a Ratten furniture set (cushions kept under double bed) and this is accessed via the french doors in the Lounge and faces directly onto the sand dunes.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests we be required to bring their own bed linen, we do however supply all duvets and pillows as well as mattress and pillow protectors.

Please note that you are booking a Stay Vacation (caravan only) and  entertainment passes are not included in the price.  Play Passes can be purchased online in advance of your stay or from reception on arrival subject to availability and are sold on a first come first served basis. 

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, payment can be made Bank Transfer.  For bookings made less than 10 weeks in adavance a 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan for an additonal charge of £40 per dog (MAX 2 PER BOOKING).

Our prices are based on a 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 4.00PM and check out no later than 10.00AM.  Short stays of a minimum 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holidays subject to availability.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
