If you are looking for a modern silver graded pet friendly caravan with wrap around decking on a great pitch then look no further than our super Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, 3 bedroom, 6 berth which is a wonderful choice for families, friends and couples alike and makes the perfect holiday destination at any time of the season. 

This spaciously modern caravan has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout as well as its own private parking bay and French Doors leading out onto its large wrap around deck with Rattan furniture which looks out onto the sand dunes, perfect for those lazy summer days.  It also comes with a gated access ramp so if you have young children in prams or buggies there are no steps to negotiate and the gate keeps everybody safe including your pets.

We have chosen a lovely quiet part of the park called Holywell Bay which is just a short walk to the entertainment complex, shops, bars and restaurants that this wonderful 4 star Haven site has to offer and only a 5 minute walk through the park to one of premier beaches in Cornwall, Perran Bay with its 3 mile stretch of beautiful golden sands.

This spacious caravan at 38ft x 12ft can easily accommodate up to 6 people, the master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a good sized family shower room / WC.  In the large living area you will find two free standing sofas, a coffee table with foot stools and a TV/DVD combi along with a selection on DVDs.  

There is a dinning table that seats 6 opposite the open plan Kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped with a microwave on the peninsula unit, a full size oven with 4 burner gas hob and a large full size fridge and separate freezer. We have now also added an air fryer for your convenience.

Outside on the decking you will find a table and six chairs so that you can enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the views of the sand dunes.  

In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels with you, we do however provide all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

We take great pride in our family caravan and work hard to keep it clean, comfortable and welcoming for all our lovely guests. As this is our privately owned family holiday home, we kindly ask that all guests treat the caravan and its contents with the same care and respect they would their own home and show consideration to our neighbours.
We are looking for friendly, respectful and considerate guests who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and will leave the caravan clean, tidy and well looked after.  If you feel this describes what you are looking for from a caravan holiday we will be delighted to welcome you to our holiday home. 

We let this caravan on a Saturday to Saturday 7/14 night basis with a check in time from 4.00pm and a check out time of no later than 10.00am.  Short stays of a minimum of 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holiday dates subject to availability as will extended stays of 10 nights.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date and payment can be made by bank transfer. For bookings made less than 10 weeks prior to arrival we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance will require full payment.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan (max 2 dogs per booking) for an additional charge of £50, we would appreciate it if dog owners could provide their own sofa covers and refrain from allowing dogs in the bedrooms.

Please note that this caravan is strictly no smoking or vaping.

Please note that you are booking a Stay Vacation (caravan only) and entertainment passes are not included in the price.  Play Passes can be purchased subject to availability online in advance of your stay or from reception on arrival if required and are sold on a first come first served basis. 

If you are looking to book two caravans we also have another one very close by in the Farings area of the park, please ask for further details.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
