Our spaciously modern Gold graded two bedroom four berth pet friendly ABI Malvern caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, en suite bathroom off the master bedroom, South facing decking and private parking. At a generous 36 feet long by 12 feet wide this caravan provides all the comfort and space of a real home from home.

We have chosen a fantastic south facing pitch on the quiet Meadows area of the park which will allow you to enjoy the gated decked balcony to the full with a Ratten Cube outdoor dining set as well as your own private parking space which is directly alongside.

The lounge is bathed in daylight with windows on three sides and a very large stylish wrap around sofa providing ample seating for all the family. We have provided a 32 inch TV for your entertainment and beneath the wall mirror is a delightful contemporary fire place for those cooler evenings.

The dining area has a free standing table by the sofa and a couple of padded stools to provide ample dining seating. The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay including a full sized oven and grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor fan, microwave, full sized integrated fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle along with a full crockery and cutlery inventory.  We have now also included an air fryer for your convenience.

The lovely master bedroom with its own private en-suite has a King sized divan bed with excellent Emma mattress.  It comes with twin bedside cabinets as well as overhead storage and shelving units. There is a full sized double wardrobe and separate dressing table area with mirror and drawer units as well as a handy make up stool.  Please note that a travel cot (not supplied) will fit in this bedroom alonside the king size bed.

The twin bedroom has very been cleverly designed to give that little bit if extra space by placing the beds at horizontals to each other enabling a full height wardroom to be placed in here along with wall mirror and shelving untits.

The shower room has a modern white suite incorporating a sink, WC and a large enclosed shower cubicle with mixer shower.  There is plenty of shelving in this room for your towels etc and this is also where the boiler cupboard is housed.

Please note in order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring their own bed linen, we do however supply all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival (if required), you will need to show these in order to gain access to the swimming pools and showbar.

We take great pride in our family caravan and work hard to keep it clean, comfortable and welcoming for all our lovely guests. As this is our privately owned family holiday home, we kindly ask that all guests treat the caravan and its contents with the same care and respect they would their own home and show consideration to our neighbours.
We are looking for friendly, respectful and considerate guests who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and will leave the caravan clean, tidy and well looked after.  If you feel this describes what you are looking for from a caravan holiday we will be delighted to welcome you to our holiday home. 

This is a strictly no smoking no vaping caravan.

If you are looking for two caravans together we also own the caravan right next door so please ask for further details.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £99 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, payment can be made Bank Transfer.  For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance we will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance will require full payment.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan for an additional charge of £50 (max 2 dogs per booking), we would encourage dog owners to provide their own sofa covers and to refrain from allowing dogs into the bedrooms.

Our prices are based on a 7/14 night Saturday to Saturday basis with a check in time of 4.00PM and check out no later than 10.00AM.  Short stays of a minimum 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holidays subject to availability as will extended stays of 10 nights.
