Seldons Golden Gate, Towyn, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.111361)

Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at my listing. We are an established family run business that has been hiring out beautiful and homely caravans and lodges since 2011.

Our Pemberton Knightsbridge is an exceptionally spacious top spec 42ft x14.5ft model that has been furnished to our usual very high standards. It has front patio doors that slide open to give access to the large wrap around decking with ramp access. It's sited on a generous size plot and has the added bonus of a large, spacious fully fenced and paved garden with 6 seater table and chairs. There is parking alongside for 2 small cars. WiFi is provided in this van free of charge.

The lounge has sliding doors so you can close the lounge off from the kitchen. There is a 55 inch 4K SMART TV and *Sky Q connection (you just need to bring your own Sky Q box). 

The large well equipped kitchen features an integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. An eye level oven and grill, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, electric steamer, George Foreman grilling machine plus so much more. There is a wide range of wall and base units, plenty of work space. There is an adjoining dining area with dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom has a tv/dvd and an en-suite bathroom comprising of a double size shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. There are 2 twin bedrooms both with 2 single beds, tv's and plenty of storage. 

All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided. Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.

The family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. 

There is full gas central heating throughout and pvc double glazing.

The Knightsbridge sleeps up to 7 people but the 7th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry. 

We provide a hair-dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products plus a highchair. 

Check-in is from 1.00pm, check-out by 10.00am.

DOGS - We have a dog ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs to stay in this lodge (FREE of charge). We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus the accommodation can become very hot in the warm weather.

The Golden Gate site has a clubhouse which provides a variety of entertainment suitable for all the family. Swimming pool, kids zone with 3 story soft play area, kids holiday club, amusement arcade, ice cream, milkshake and pizza parlour. An adventure playground, zip wire, all weather pitch, grocery store and chip shop. Facilities on the site are free to use except for the swimming pool where there is a small charge.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation, so we would strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover such an eventuality.

The deposit is held as a security bond and will be be fully refunded within 10 days of your departure once the lodge has been checked following your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.

The full balance must be received no later than 4 weeks before the start date.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or by card payment over the phone to the Golden Gate site. 

The lodge is strictly NO SMOKING.

Check-in from 1pm check-out is by 10am.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.

At Golden Gate Holiday Centre you will find a friendly atmosphere, and a well maintained site ideally located for local attractions, shopping and areas of beauty. This is a family run park where our aim is to provide a friendly and professional service to our owners and visitors.

A large park set within 28 acres, Golden Gate is situated in Towyn within easy reach of the towns of Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy, and has many facilities on the holiday centre to help you enjoy yourself.
