Seldons Golden Gate, Towyn, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.111285)

Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at my listing. We are an established family run business that has been hiring out beautiful and homely caravans and lodges since 2011.

Our beautiful homely KENTMERE caravan is a spacious 40ft x 12ft, it has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout & has been furnished and equipped to our usual very high standards..

Situated on a desirable front row plot on Golden Gate Holiday Centre with reserved parking bay for 2 cars alongside.  Private WiFi is provided free of charge.

The lounge has a 50in SMART TV, *Sky HD and also Sky Q connections (you just need to bring your own Skybox). Sliding patio doors open up on to the large wrap around gated decking with seating. There is also a fully fenced garden area that's perfect for keeping the furry family members safe & secure whilst outside. 

The kitchen is well equipped & has an abundance of storage and work space, it has a large integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, air fryer, slow cooker, electric steamer, coffee machine, plus all the usual kitchenware. 

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a free standing table and chairs.

The beautiful master bedroom is incredibly spacious, it has a king size bed, wall mounted 32in SMART TV, large walk-in wardrobe plus en-suite bathroom comprising of a large double size shower, toilet, washbasin & heated towel rail. 

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of storage plus wall mounted tv. 

All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided. Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.

The spacious family bathroom has a large double sized shower, toilet and wash basin. 

We provide a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, hoover & cleaning products. 

The Kentmere sleeps up to 5 people but the 5th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry. 
We do allow same sex family members and same sex couples but not hen/stag parties.

Check-in from 2.30pm, check-out by 11.30am.

 DOGS - We have a dog ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs to stay in this caravan (FREE of charge). We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus the accommodation can become very hot in the warm weather.

The Golden Gate site has a clubhouse which provides a variety of entertainment suitable for all the family. Swimming pool, kids zone with 3 story soft play area, kids holiday club, amusement arcade, ice cream, milkshake and pizza parlour. An adventure playground, zip wire, all weather pitch, grocery store and chip shop. Facilities on the site are free to use except for the swimming pool where there is a small charge.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation, so we would strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover such an eventuality.

The deposit is held as a security bond and will be be fully refunded within 10 days of your departure once the caravan has been checked following your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.

The full balance must be received no later than 4 weeks before the start date.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or by card payment over the phone to the Golden Gate site. 

This caravan is strictly NO SMOKING.

Check-in from 2.30pm check-out is by 11.30am.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.

At Golden Gate Holiday Centre you will find a friendly atmosphere, and a well maintained site ideally located for local attractions, shopping and areas of beauty. This is a family run park where our aim is to provide a friendly and professional service to our owners and visitors.

A large park set within 28 acres, Golden Gate is situated in Towyn within easy reach of the towns of Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy, and has many facilities on the holiday centre to help you enjoy yourself.
