Seldons Golden Gate, Towyn, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.111284)

Our beautiful Plaza Grande is furnished to our usual very high standard throughout. It has a large gated wrap around gated decking with a ramp for the convenience of those that find steps a struggle.  Private WiFi is provided free of charge.

The lounge has a large free standing 3pc suite, 55 inch SMART TV, Sky HD connection (you just need to connect your own Skybox).  

The kitchen is incredibly spacious and well equipped with microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and just about everything else you'd expect to find in your own kitchen, it also has the added bonus of having a washer/dryer and large American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a free standing table and chairs.

The spacious family bathroom has a full size luxury jacuzzi bath with shower above, wash basin, toilet plus, heated towel rail, plus plenty of storage. 

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage, walk-in wardrobe, wall mounted tv, plus an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, lots of storage and tv.

All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors. Duvets are provided. Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.

We provide a hair-dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products.

The Plaza Grande sleeps 5 people but the 5th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry.

Check-in is from 1.00pm, check-out by 10.00am.

DOGS -   We have dogs ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs in this caravan (FREE of charge). We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus caravans can become very hot in the warm weather. 

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, this is in addition to the hire price and will be held as a damage/security bond. Your deposit/bond will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure. We ask that you leave the caravan clean and tidy as you found it on arrival.
The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday.
Payments by bank transfer, cheque, postal order or cash are all welcome and can be paid either in full 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday or in instalments.

Check-in from 1pm check-out by 10am.

PLEASE NOTE- your holiday DOES NOT include payment protection or holiday insurance, therefore we strongly advise you to take out your own travel insurance to cover any losses incurred should you have to cancel your holiday.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.
