Seldons Golden Gate, Towyn, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.111366)

Hello, thank you for taking the time to look at my listing. We are an established family run business that has been hiring out beautiful and homely caravans and lodges since 2011.

The ABI Westwood is a very spacious 44ft x 13ft top spec platinum plus luxury lodge, with full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. WiFi is provided in this lodge free of charge. 

PLEASE NOTE - we have 2 stunning Westwood lodges available to hire, this one is dog-friendly and is furnished to our usual high standards. The lodge is situated on a desirable front row plot, it has a gated side decking with ramp access, plus a fully enclosed front decking to keep your furry family members safe and secure.  Our other Westwood is not dog-friendly so ideal if you have allergies and looking for a pet-free van.

The lounge has a large tv, DVD player and Sky Q connection (you just need to bring your own Sky Q box). 

The kitchen has an integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There's lots of storage and work space and is equipped with plenty of kitchenware. As well as the dining table there is also a breakfast bar and stools.

The master bedroom is incredibly spacious, it has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, large dressing table, 42in tv, and an en-suite shower room.

The twin bedroom is larger than average and also has a dressing table, plenty of storage plus a wall mounted tv. All mattresses are superior quality, duvets and pillows are all provided. Bed linen is not included in with the hire price but can be provided for a small fee.

The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower above, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

We provide a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, hoover & a highchair.

Check-in is from 2pm, check-out by 11am.

The Westwood sleeps 4 people, we can allow a 5th person but it must be an infant sleeping in a travelcot.

DOGS - We have a dog ourselves and know the pleasure of taking a dog on holiday, so we welcome well behaved dogs to stay in this lodge (FREE of charge). We understand that you can’t take your dog everywhere with you (shopping etc) so we don’t mind you leaving them for short periods but please don’t leave them for long periods as a bored dog can become a destructive dog plus the accommodation can become very hot in the warm weather. 

The Golden Gate site has a clubhouse which provides a variety of entertainment suitable for all the family. Swimming pool, kids zone with 3 story soft play area, kids holiday club, amusement arcade, ice cream, milkshake and pizza parlour. An adventure playground, zip wire, all weather pitch, grocery store and chip shop. Facilities on the site are free to use except for the swimming pool where there is a small charge.

The site is within walking distance of all local amenities - miles of interrupted safe sandy beaches that are just a short stroll away, 2 funfairs, amusement arcades, a variety of food outlets that cater for all tastes, most of which take phone orders to deliver to your caravan, pubs, clubs & restaurants, shops & gift shops, markets including one of North Wales largest market / carboot - Tir Prince with hundreds of stalls and a short drive for the local supermarkets Asda & Tesco. 

In the surrounding areas you'll find great places of interest to visit including slate & copper mines, Welsh Mountain Zoo, Chester Zoo, Castles, Snowdonia, The Great Orme, Angelsey, Llandudno & so much more. or give the car a rest and take the open top bus from outside the camp gates or maybe the train from Rhyl or Pensarn to Llandudno, Bangor or Caernarfon with its shops, childrens play centres and castle.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation, so we would strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover such an eventuality.

The deposit is held as a security bond and will be be fully refunded within 10 days of your departure once the lodge has been checked following your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.

The full balance must be received no later than 4 weeks before the start date.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or by card payment over the phone to the Golden Gate site.

Check-in from 2pm check-out is by 11am.

Golden Gate Holiday Centre is situated in Towyn on the North Wales Coast. About a 1 hour drive from North-West England this is a family run park.

At Golden Gate Holiday Centre you will find a friendly atmosphere, and a well maintained site ideally located for local attractions, shopping and areas of beauty. This is a family run park where our aim is to provide a friendly and professional service to our owners and visitors.

A large park set within 28 acres, Golden Gate is situated in Towyn within easy reach of the towns of Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy, and has many facilities on the holiday centre to help you enjoy yourself.
