Seldons Golden Gate, Towyn, Conwy, North Wales (Ref.111278)

The ABI Westwood has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout and has been tastefully furnished to a high standard.

It's sited on a large plot near the front of the site with private parking for 2 cars 

NEW for 2026 is a full wrap around gated decking with a gently sloping ramp for easy access, ideal for those that find steps a struggle. There is reserved parking alongside that can fit 2 cars with ease.

Private WiFi is provided provided free of charge in this van. 

The lounge has a 55in SMART TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's plus Sky HD connection (you just need to bring your own Skybox). Patio doors lead out on to the wrap around decking with outdoor seating and padded seat pads & cushions. 

The kitchen has lots of storage and work space, an integrated washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and microwave. Kettle, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine plus all the usual kitchenware. As well as the dining table there is also a breakfast bar and stools. 

The master bedroom is incredibly spacious, it has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, large dressing table, 43in SMART TV, and an en-suite shower room.

The twin bedroom is larger than average and also has a dressing table, plenty of storage plus a wall mounted tv. 

All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided. Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.

The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower above, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

 We provide a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, hoover & cleaning products, high chair and travelcot. 

Check-in is from 1.30pm, check-out by 10.30am.

The Westwood sleeps 4 people plus an infant sleeping in a travelcot. 

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation, so we would strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover such an eventuality.

The deposit is held as a security bond and will be be fully refunded within 10 days of your departure once the caravan has been checked following your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.

The full balance must be received no later than 4 weeks before the start date.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or by card payment over the phone to the Golden Gate site. 

This caravan is strictly NO SMOKING.

Check-in from 1.30pm check-out is by 10.30am.
