A £30 discount is available when 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked at once. Offer excludes any late deals.

(Please note - pictures show the caravan set for its owner. Some ornaments and personnal items etc will not be out during a guests stay. The caravan itself during a guests stay will still be homely and with a higher than normal inventory than a standard caravan).

THE LIVING AREA

The living consists of 2 x sofa's.

Foot stool/coffee table.

With 2 sliding doors leading out to the front part of the decking.

TV, Free Sat.

USB sockets.

There is a log burner style electric fire with mirror above.

The area is also heated by a radiator.

(Please note there is no pull out bed).

THE DINING AREA

The dining area is located behind the living area and within the kitchen.

The area has a wooden table, 2 benches and a stool.

The area is heated with a radiator.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The large kitchen area consists of both low and high level cabinets and shelves.

Oven, grill, with a microwave above.

5 burner hob with extractor fan.

Fridge/freezer.

Kettle.

(please note one cupboard in the kitchen will be locked and is for private use only).

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside cabinets and with wall lights above.

There are large wardrobes with drawers.

The master bedroom has USB sockets.

There is a large dressing table area with a stool and drawer cabinet with shelves above.

Above the dressing table there is also wall cupboards.

The area is heated with a radiator.

(please note one cupboard will be locked and for private use only)

MASTER EN SUITE

Located off the master bedroom is the en suite bathroom.

The area has Toilet, sink with mirrored cabinet above and a cabinet below.

And a shower unit.

The bathroom also has shelves.

The area is heated with a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM

The twin bedroom has 2 x single beds.

Bedside cabinet with wall light above.

Wardrobe.

USB sockets.

The area is heated with a radiator.

THE MAIN BATHROOM

The main bathroom has toilet with wall shelf and a cabinet above.

Sink with cabinet underneath and mirror above.

Within the shower are shelves.

The area is heated with a radiator.

THE HALLWAY

Once entering the main door to the caravan there is a large hallway.

Within the hallway there is coat hanging and a place to put your shoes.

A cupboard is within the area, which houses the boiler.

HE DECKING AREA

The caravan has a wrap around decking.

With a wooden table and benches to the side of the caravan and is under a clear canopy.

The decking extends to the front of the caravan with double doors to the main living area.

HEATING

The caravan has a electric fire in the living area.

And gas central heating throughout the caravan.

PARKING

Next to the caravan is a gravel driveway, with parking for 1 car. With extra parking spaces available around the site.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

Both our caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
 Electric is certificated every 3 years.
 (Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
 (These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

No pets,

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.

A £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions) is required within 24 hours to hold your dates. The completed booking form within 3 days of your booking being taken. Please note the £100 refundable deposit is not inlcuded in our prices. The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

On departure from the caravan, a caravan and inventory check are made. On this being satisfactory the £100 deposit is refunded within 7 days.

Passes for the site facilities are not included in our prices, but can be purchased on arrival priced Peak Season £18.50 per person. Under 2’s are free. These are per person for the duration of your stay not per night for up to 7 nights stay.

The fun filled family Holiday Park of West Bay, Dorset is set in the heart of the harbour village of West Bay itself.

One minute the kids are rocketing off the flume into our fantastic pool, the next they’re fishing for crabs from the harbour wall or hunting for fossils along the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.

West Bay Holiday Park offers guests a great range of facilities to keep the whole family busy all day long. Hire some bikes and take in the sights of the Jurassic Coast or stay on park and enjoy a swim in the indoor pool.

West Bay is located in the heart of a pretty harbour village just a couple of minutes away from a beach that stretches for 16 miles, known as the Jurassic Coast.

Take a tour of Portland Bill Lighthouse and its visitor centre or pay a visit to the 150 rescued primates at Monkey World and watch them play!
