THE LIVING AREA

The living area has a L shaped sofa and 2 freestanding armchairs, pouffe and coffee table.

TV with Freestat.

Electric fire with a fire surround.

The area is also heated by central heating.

From this area you can look out the sliding doors across the front decked area, and to the stunning views of the fields beyond.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area has a freestanding table and 4 upholstered chairs.

The area is located just off the kitchen.

A radiator heats the dining and kitchen area.

THE KITCHEN AREA

Opposite the main entrance door is the kitchen.

Fully fitted with everything you need, including gas oven, grill, 4 burner hob and extractor fan.

Kettle and toaster.

A intergrated microwave.

Low and eye level cabinets.

And a fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board are available for your use.

MASTER BEDROOM

At the rear of the caravan is a large master bedroom with a king size bed.

Bedside cabinets with lamps,

dressing table with mirror above and wall lights on each side. Cabinet and drawers underneath.

There are USB ports available for your use.

Mirrored wardrobes, with drawers below.

The 3 windows to the bedroom although small give the area a bright and airy feel.

The room has space to accommodate a travel cot (not supplied).

This area is heated by a radiator.

EN SUITE

Through a door in the master bedroom leads to an en suite full bathroom with large shower, wash basin with mirrored cabinet above and toilet.

TWIN BEDROOM

The bedroom consists of 2 single beds.

Beside cabinet with lamp.

Overhead cupboards and shelves. Wardrobe.

USB ports are available for your use.

The area is heated by a radiator.

THE BATHROOM

The main bathroom has a large shower, sink with cabinet underneath and mirror above.

Toilet and a heated towel rail.

THE DECKING AREA

At the front of the caravan is sliding doors leading out to the main part of the wrap around decked area.

The area has table and chairs to sit out on those warm days or nights.

There are stunning views across the river and the fields beyond.

MAIN ENTRANCE

A path leads to the entrance of the decked area, which has 4 steps.

This area is a walkway along the side of the caravan leading to the main front decked area.

The main entrance to the caravan can be found alongside the walkway.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in the caravan.

The caravan is covered by its own separate TV Licence.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

Fire detector.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

Max of 2 dogs permitted in the Darwin caravan,

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.

A £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions) is required within 24 hours to hold your dates. The completed booking form within 3 days of your booking being taken. Please note the £100 refundable deposit is not inlcuded in our prices. The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

On departure from the caravan, a caravan and inventory check are made. On this being satisfactory the £100 deposit is refunded within 7 days.

Passes for the site facilities are not included in our prices, but can be purchased on arrival priced Peak Season £18.50 per person. Under 2’s are free. These are per person for the duration of your stay not per night for up to 7 nights stay.

The fun filled family Holiday Park of West Bay, Dorset is set in the heart of the harbour village of West Bay itself.

One minute the kids are rocketing off the flume into our fantastic pool, the next they’re fishing for crabs from the harbour wall or hunting for fossils along the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.

West Bay Holiday Park offers guests a great range of facilities to keep the whole family busy all day long. Hire some bikes and take in the sights of the Jurassic Coast or stay on park and enjoy a swim in the indoor pool.

West Bay is located in the heart of a pretty harbour village just a couple of minutes away from a beach that stretches for 16 miles, known as the Jurassic Coast.

Take a tour of Portland Bill Lighthouse and its visitor centre or pay a visit to the 150 rescued primates at Monkey World and watch them play!
