We would like to advise the owner does have a dog of their own that visits the caravan.

THE LIVING AREA

The living area has a L shaped seating area, coffee table, chair with stool, Tv with Free View.

The area is heated by electric fire and a radiator.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area has a table, 2 chairs and a bench seat. There is also a chair in the master bedroom to use at the table.

There are also stools in the living area that can be used to make the 6th seating at the table.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob and cooker hood.

Large fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster

The area is heated by a radiator.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is located at the rear of the caravan.

And has 2 bedside tables with shelves and lights above.

A dressing table with mirror and wardrobe with drawers.

The area is heated by a radiator.

MASTER EN SUITE TOILET

The master bedroom has a en suite toliet with wash basin and mirror.

This area is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 1

Twin 1 is located at the rear of the caravan and has 2 single beds, beside shelf with lamp, overhead cupboards with shelf and a wardrobe with drawers.

The area is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 2

The twin 2 is located in the center of the caravan between the kitchen and bathroom.

It has a bedside shelf with a lamp, wardrobe with drawers.

The area is heated by a radiator.

THE BATHROOM ROOM

The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower with folding door and shelves either side.

Wash basin with mirror above and cabinet below.

The area is heated witha radiator.

THE DECKING AREA

The decking runs the length of the caravan and to the back.

With steps leading up to the main door of the caravan. The main section of the door is to the right hand side and the left can then also be opened.

To the front is the main wider section of the decking with a table and 4 chairs.

To the rear of the caravan is a more private section of the decking with a raised flower bed.

Please note there is no pull out bed in the living area.

HEATING

The caravan has a electric fire in the living area. Along with central heating throughout the caravan.

PARKING

Next to the caravan is parking for 1 car. With extra parking spaces available around the site.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

Our caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.

A £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions) is required within 24 hours to hold your dates. The completed booking form within 3 days of your booking being taken. Please note the £100 refundable deposit is not inlcuded in our prices. The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

On departure from the caravan, a caravan and inventory check are made. On this being satisfactory the £100 deposit is refunded within 7 days.

Passes for the site facilities are not included in our prices, but can be purchased on arrival priced Peak Season £18.50 per person. Under 2’s are free. These are per person for the duration of your stay not per night for a stay up to 7 nights.

The fun filled family Holiday Park of West Bay, Dorset is set in the heart of the harbour village of West Bay itself.

One minute the kids are rocketing off the flume into our fantastic pool, the next they’re fishing for crabs from the harbour wall or hunting for fossils along the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.

West Bay Holiday Park offers guests a great range of facilities to keep the whole family busy all day long. Hire some bikes and take in the sights of the Jurassic Coast or stay on park and enjoy a swim in the indoor pool.

West Bay is located in the heart of a pretty harbour village just a couple of minutes away from a beach that stretches for 16 miles, known as the Jurassic Coast.

Take a tour of Portland Bill Lighthouse and its visitor centre or pay a visit to the 150 rescued primates at Monkey World and watch them play!
