Our caravan  are even bigger and boast a range of extra homely features.

1 King size bedroom, 2  twin bedrooms, with 2 WC and 1 shower. The sliding patio door at the front of the caravan leads to a large full wrap around decking area with seating brings a whole new meaning decking.TVs  available in all rooms. The caravan  is very well equipped with fully size integrated fridge, freezer, oven/cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Spacious living room with two armchairs ,free standing suite with pull out bed.

All bookings will require a £50.00 non refundable deposit to secure the booking. outstanding balance to be paid in full 6weeks before your stay 

A bond of £100 is also required for every booking but you will receive the bond back after your stay if there are no damage or breakages .

All dates are Monday or Friday  for bookings .

The prices Not includes entertainment passes.

‌Quilts and pillows are supplied .BEDDING INCLUDED the beds will be made up for your arrival .You will need to supply your own towels etc

Terms and conditions.

We require a £ 50 non refundable deposit for each booking.We accept  banks transfer or cheque.

****Upon receipt of your enquiry by telephone, letter or e-mail, the caravan will be provisionally booked. This booking will be held for 2days only. If no booking and deposit (or full payment if within 6weeks of the holiday) is received within this time the booking will be cancelled.

***There is also a £ 100 bond required upon final payment, which will be held and returned after a satisfactory inspection of the caravan, i.e. no damages or breakages   or damage to mattress with urine, blood, or vomit.

***All lets are from Friday to Friday ,Friday to Monday  or Monday to Friday. Our hire price includes gas and electricity. 
 ***Arrival time is 2.00-3.00pm and Departure is 10.00am. 

**Playpasses are NOT included, but are available direct from Haven Kiln Park after full payment received,these can be purchased directly through Haven via email 

Play passes are required if you wish to access the evening entertainment, daily activities or swimming during your stay.

You do not need play passes to access the following:

Restaurant , Arcade, outdoor play area ,mini-supermarket and laundrette

 Additional Instructions

* Please could you let us know how many are your booking the caravan for?  your home address 

* The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 .Only people named on the booking form can be resident.

*  Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan. However smoking is permitted on the outside garden area. Please discard carefully in the site bin provided by Kiln Park, Tenby. Please do not throw discarded cigarettes into the garden area. Anyone found to be smoking in the caravan will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

* No heaters or fires to be left on overnight or when you are away from the caravan 

* Please Ensure all Chargers are turned off Overnight.

* No felt tip pens or play dough or nail varnish permitted to be used within the caravan 

* Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times.

* Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park. 

* Any damage caused over the value of the security deposit WILL BE claimed through the small claims court

* The caravan has been left as it was found

* All rubbish disposed of 

* All pots, pans and cutlery has been washed/dried and put away.

* The caravan inventory is still complete 

* The caravan is free from any stains and heavy spillages including mattresses

*  The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. Kiln Park, Tenby will not allow all male or all female parties.
