Situated on Bryn Morfa Caravan Park, Conwy. Only 1 mile from Conwy town centre & a short walk to the lovely Morfa Sandy Beach, nestled below Conwy Mountain.

This spacious, immaculately clean homely caravan sleeps up to 6 and includes everything you need. It has double glazing and gas central heating (additional heater is also supplied). A spacious open plan living room aera with stunning views of Conwy Mountain, it has a cosy gas fire, a BT Box which is excellent for recording your favourite programs, a new JVC 32 inch Flat screen TV. There are venetian blinds within the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped with everything you need, including an air fryer and slow cooker. It has 2 bedrooms and an additional pull out bed in the lounge. Free WIFI is available. There's a radio, cards and dominoes for all the family's entertainment. 

A lovely large grassed area outside and includes its own garden picnic bench as well as a bench for sitting on for those who love eating outside and having barbecues, its supplied with 2 garden umbrella’s and has its own private parking.

We supply duvets and pillows plus mattress and pillow protectors for both bedrooms (4 people). You will need to bring your own sheets/ pillow cases, duvet covers, towels, bath mat & tea towels. Cleaning products including washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner, shower and toilet cleaners are also included, along with toilet rolls. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a dyson hoover. There's a launderette on site, with 2 large washing machines and 2 large tumble dryers (located next to the office).

The caravan is located on Bryn Morfa caravan park which is a well established quiet family park nestled at the bottom of Conwy Mountain and is just outside the historic Conwy town. The site has it's own reception. There is a traditional pub opposite which serves good food and real ales (no longer a bar on site). The caravan park also has a bus stop outside the site. The buses run frequently travelling along the coast with plenty of stops for seeing different places. There are also local taxi companies available at all times. This is the perfect base for those wanting to explore the area.

Bryn Morfa is only a short walk away a from a lovely sandy beach and beautiful Marina, a great holiday spot for families and those who like walking/cycling and love to be near the sea. The walled town of Conwy is only a mile away and is easily accessible by road or on foot. The beautiful surrounding countryside makes this the perfect location for your holiday. Conwy is well known for its smallest house in Britain with its historical buildings, castle and quay side. You can buy locally caught fresh crabs and lobsters. Conwy has lots of eating houses, cafes and tea rooms plus it has the best fish and chip shops around and lovely pubs & restaurants. It has great unique independent shops as well as food stores. There are also several supermarkets nearby for any supplies that you need.

Llandudno is not far away for more things to do including tram trips up the Great Orme, a stroll along the elegant Victorian pier which has lots of seaside novelties and food stalls as well as amusements and a pub. It is well known for its beautiful long promenade and also has a band stand that allows some small local bands to perform freely at times. Llandudno has plenty of shops/cafes/bars & restaurants in the town, it has a theatre which is situated in the centre of the promenade in front of Llandudno swimming pool. Lots to do for all the family no matter what the age, with excellent parking facilities.

A refundable deposit of £100 is required for damages/extra cleaning which will be returned within 1-2 days of your departure providing the caravan is left clean and tidy and without damages.

Electric vehicle charging is not permitted via the caravan electricity supply but charging points are available in front of reception.
