We adopt a payment protection promise if Haven close the park for any reason we will give you a full refund.

Haven holidays since 2021 are based on a two tier basis.Options available are stay holiday and stay and play holiday.With the stay holiday you do not have entertainment passes this is for families who want to explore Pembrokeshire  moreThe other option is the  is the stay and play holiday where you get passes for every night.  We offer the stay holiday so you can choose yourself to buy entertainment passes if you wish or just pick the cheaper option for  3/4 package.

 Remember you only need the passes for entertainment and swimming food,drink and arcade are free entry.               

HAVEN ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

The caravan is a 4 berth large and spacious  unit at no time must the occupancy be exceeded overnight.

We adopt a no smoking/vaping policy inside the caravan and please don't put you cigarettes  out on the decking.

CHARGING OF ELECTRIC/HYBRID VEHICLES USING THE CARAVAN SUPPLY IS NOT ALLOWED

We ask guests who who have hybrid or E v cars not to charge the vehicles from their caravan domestic supply this is becoming a problem and can blow the caravan circuit if this is the case you will be charged for any electŕial resets or damage and your bond refund would be reduced.

We the owners are not liable for any injury or death, or loss of property suffered by the hirer or member of your party.Your belongings are left in the caravan at your own risk.

We ask parents not to allow the children to use bikes, scooters, skates etc on the decking it is impossible to remove  the marks.

The caravan can only be rented to couples and families over 21 no male or female group are allowed.

Only guests named on the booking forms are allowed to sleep in the caravan.If the number of people sleeping in the caravan is exceeded at anytime all guests may be asked to leave the caravan and no refund will be made.

No pets are allowed in the caravan.

Cleaning will be done between 10am and 3pm   We ask guests not to arrive at the caravan before their allotted  time.

Gas ,electricity and free unlimited wifi is included in the price.

Duvets and pillows are supplied the guest will need to bring their own covers and pillow cases.                     

  The master is kingsize.

BOOKING PROCESS 

Guests make enquiry  on the online  platform via email or phone.

We confirm if dates are available and ask the guests for details of who will be coming. We will also need their full postal address and car reg number for the booking process.

We will ask if they have read and agree to the terms and conditions and ask for a £100 deposit we will send our bank details for the bank transfer.

Once the deposit payment is made and confirmed we will send confirmation.

We will update the online platform to booked and the booking is now secured for the guests.

The balance is due 6 weeks before the holiday plus a refundable security bond of £100.We will send a reminder the week before.

We will send everything else you need include park entry details,key codes and wifi password about 2 weeks prior to your holiday.

The caravan will be inspected on your departure day and if all is ok the bond refund will be made within 3 working days.

Holiday cancellation policy  

If we have to cancel your holiday for any reason a full refund will be given.If you cancel your holiday please ring us asap on 07760109729 also can you confirm via email.   

More than 42 days loss of deposit                     

42 to 28 days  40%of holiday cost                     

27 to 22 days  60% of holiday cost 

 less than 21 days             100% of holiday cost     

 Please note the minimum charge is £100 per week or part week of any cancellation.

Additional 

Please ensure all gas and Electric appliances are switched off when you leave the caravan especially USB chargers due to the risk of fire.
