Happy Days Seaside Trusthorpe, Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire (Ref.111701)

A lovely family 3 bedroom caravan with additional outside space.  We are happy to host families and dogs and hope that we have included everything you will need for an enjoyable and memorable holiday.  We have purchased new mattresses and complete bedding sets for all of the bedrooms (bedding is available at an additioanl cost) and also have included a double air fryer for convenience. There are also a range of DVDs and some games for all the family.  All appliances have been PAT tested.
The site has private access to the sandy beach which is dog friendly all year around at our end.  Further down the beach is dog friendly from April until October but they are still welcome to walk along the promenade. Our caravan is sited within walking distance of Mablethorpe and takes about 20 minutes but there are lots of businesses along the way.  There are cafes, ice cream shops, hot doughnuts, fish and chips, a sweet shop and the Bubble Bar where you can enjoy a drink outside on the promenade.  Along the way there is also a free splash park for families which has a small outdoor activity section and also a cafe.  All of this is before you even reach Mablethorpe!  
We also have the local family club Dreams Bar and Cafe which is only 5 minutes walk away.  They have a full entertainment schedule for adults and children including bingo with cash prizes, live entertainment and a weekly auction. There is also a Chinese takeaway just across the road from Dreams.  There are other restaurants and bars all within walking distance which are family and dog friendly.  If you have a question or want any additional information/pictures, please feel free to drop us a message.  We also have a 2 bedroom caravan (321) and another 3 bedroom caravan (294)on the same site.

1pm early check in available for £20 per booking.

A £50 deposit which is on top of the booking price secures your date.  This is non refundable if you cancel but it can be transferred to a different date.  Once booked this then becomes your security bond which is refunded to you once the caravan has been checked.  Please note that this can take up to 7 days.

If you are booking within eight weeks of your holiday then we require full payment plus a £50 security bond. The security deposit is returned to you after your holiday, once we have checked that the caravan is clean and tidy, as you found it.

If you are booking more than eight weeks before your holiday then we require a £50 deposit/security bond. Please pay the full cost of your holiday eight weeks before your arrival date. If you don't pay the full amount by eight weeks before your holiday, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and retain the £50 deposit. After your holiday we will return your £50 security bond to you once we have checked that the caravan is clean and tidy, as you found it.

An additional £10 per dog is required.

A small, friendly, family site with private access to miles of beautiful beaches. Facilities include an on-site launderette and a Children’s Arcade run by friendly Happy Days Seaside staff.
