A lovely family 3 bedroom caravan with an enclosed veranda, situated on Tingdene Chalet and Caravan Park, Mablethorpe.  As we are pet friendly a maximum of 2 DOGS GO FREE but they must be over the age of 2. 

We are happy to host families and dogs and hope that we have included everything you will need for an enjoyable and memorable holiday. Bedding is included in the cost of your holiday and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

We have also included a double air fryer for convenience, along with smart tvs in the lounge and main bedroom.  We have also included a DVD player with a range of DVDs and some games for all the family.  We have included free WI-FI throughout the caravan. Travel cots and highchairs are available, if required, at no additional cost. All holiday prices are inclusive of gas and electricity.

Onsite you will find Cedar Bar & Restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for everything from family meals to casual drinks or special occasions. With a menu full of freshly prepared dishes using quality ingredients, there’s something to suit every taste. Whether you’re stopping by for a hearty breakfast, a relaxed lunch, or an evening meal, Cedar provides a comfortable setting and friendly service for a memorable dining experience.

Our caravan is sited within walking distance of Mablethorpe and takes about 20 minutes.  Mablethorpe is a typical seaside haven with Blue Flag sandy beaches, arcades and rides for all the family to enjoy.  There are cafes, ice cream shops, hot doughnuts, fish and chips, restraurants and a range of pubs and clubs.  Mablethorpe hosts a free splash park for families which has a small outdoor activity section and also a cafe.  Russell's Circus also comes to Trusthorpe in the summer holidays.  If the weather is not great, there is the Lowen Cinema just a 5 minute walk away which shows the latest films and discount prices but is fully air conditioned in the summer, if you need a break from the heat.  PlayMablethorpe is located in Spanish City, Mablethorpe and offers a fantastic soft play area for children.  They have a small cafe and offer themed sessions and are very SEND friendly.

Availablity is Saturday to Saturday but if you require different days or a shorter break, please contact us to see if we can accomandate your request.

ALL CARAVANS ARE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AFTER EVERY STAY

A £50 damage deposit which is on top of the booking price secures your holiday. This is non refundable if you cancel but it can be transferred to a different date.  The damage deposit is returned to you after your holiday, once we have checked that the caravan is clean and tidy, as you found it.  Please note that this can take up to 7 days.

If you are booking within six weeks of your holiday then we require full payment plus a £50 damage deposit. 

If you are booking more than six weeks before your holiday then we require a £50 deposit/security bond. Please pay the full cost of your holiday six weeks before your arrival date. If you don't pay the full amount by six weeks before your holiday, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and retain the £50 deposit.

Please ensure that you check out by 10am on the day of your departure as the cleaner is onsite from 10am.  If you leave late you will be liable to pay for the cleaner's time from your damage deposit.

Mablethorpe is the perfect location to make perfect holiday memories.

Sought after Lincolnshire is unspoiled, but you’ll be spoiled for choice. If you enjoy fresh air, space and tranquillity, try hiking along the Viking Way, or strolling along the inspiring Tennyson Trail.  Lincolnshire has some of the finest fishing waters in England, or if you enjoy golf there are over 50 courses to choose from. Lincoln's history dates back to Roman times, within Lincoln's Roman walls.  Visit Europe's finest Gothic Cathedral, and see how it was used as a double for Westminster Abbey in the Da Vinci Code and head to Stamford to Burghley House, where the re-make of Pride and Prejudice was filmed. At the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, visitors can celebrate the culture of Lincolnshire and its people from 1750 to the present day and close by you'll find Ellis Windmill, a working 18th century windmill. Take a ride on a steam train and enjoy the nostalgia of times gone by. There are so many stories to discover at our many heritage sites in Lincolnshire.
