A lovely family 2 bedroom caravan with additional pullout bed in the lounge.  It has a gated outside space which is ideal for children and dogs to play or for sitting outside and relaxing. We are situated on a lovely, pet friendly site. We are happy to host families and dogs and hope that we have included everything you will need for an enjoyable and memorable holiday.  We have purchased new mattresses and complete bedding sets for all of the bedrooms (bedding is available at an additional cost) and also have included an double air fryer for convenience. There are also a range of DVDs and some games for all the family.  We have included a new smart TV in the lounge and also in the main bedrrom.  The caravan is supplied with free WI-FI which can host muliple devices at the same time. Travel cots and highchairs are available if required at no additional cost. All holiday prices are inclusive of gas and electricity. 

Onsite there is a club house which offers children's and adult entertainment. They have regular Happy Hours and cater for the whole family.  The Tavern restrurant is also on site and offers a variety of meals throughout the day.  Outside is a small children's playground and an outside seating area for the warmer days and evenings.  The site also includes a fully stocked fishing lake that is open to guests throughout the year.

The site is only a ten minute stroll into Mablethorpe which hosts a pet friendly, sandy blue flag beach (certain restrictions apply between April and October) and the seaside amusemunts and shops.  There are cafes, ice cream shops, hot doughnuts, fish and chips, a sweet shop and the Bubble Bar where you can enjoy a drink outside on the promenade.  There is also a free splash park for families which has a small outdoor activity section with crazy golf, play area, a miniture railway and also a cafe.   Also the circus comes to Trusthorpe in the summer holidays which is a 5 minute drive away or a 15 minute walk

Availablity is Saturday to Saturday but if you require different days or a shorter break, please contact us to see if we can accomandate your request.

1pm early check in available for £25 per booking.

A £50 damage deposit which is on top of the booking price secures your date.  This is non refundable if you cancel but it can be transferred to a different date.  The damage deposit is returned to you after your holiday, once we have checked that the caravan is clean and tidy, as you found it.this then becomes your security bond which is refunded to you once the caravan has been checked.  Please note that this can take up to 7 days.

If you are booking within six weeks of your holiday then we require full payment plus a £50 damage deposit. 

If you are booking more than six weeks before your holiday then we require a £50 deposit/security bond. Please pay the full cost of your holiday six weeks before your arrival date. If you don't pay the full amount by six weeks before your holiday, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and retain the £50 deposit. 

An additional £15 per dog is required. NO DOGS UNDER THE AGE OF 2.

We offer bedding for the caravan which can be booked for an additional £35 for the whole caravan.

We also offer an early check in at 1pm instead of 3pm for an additional £25.

Please ensure that you check out by 10am on the day of your departure as the cleaner is onsite from 10.  If you leave late you will be liable to pay for the cleaners time from your damage deposit.
