THE LIVING AREA

Located to the front of the caravan is the living area. 

There is a L shaped seating with adjustable backrests. Along with 2 stools concealed within the arm rest.

A coffee table.

A wall unit with display shelves and 2 drawers, the unit also houses the TV with Free Sat and a DVD player.

A flame effect electric fire is also within this unit

USB Sockets are available between the living and dining area.

Please note - there is no pull out bed in the living area.

This area is also heated by a radiator.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area is located just off the living area and within the kitchen itself.

There is a free standing table and chairs.

A radiator heats the dining/kitchen area.

THE KITCHEN AREA

Located beside the dining area is the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully fited with everything you need, including gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob and cooker hood.

Large fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The area is heated by a radiator shared with the dining area.

The entrance to the caravan leads directly into the dining/kitchen area.

MASTER BEDROOM

To the rear of the caravan is the master bedroom.

This room is the full width of the caravan and is a double bed. And has bedside cabinets with shelves and overhead cupboard with shelves, and a double wardrobe.

Beside the bed the sockets have USB points.

The room also has a en suite.

The area is heated by a radiator.

MASTER BEDROOM EN SUITE

The ensuite to the master bedroom has a toilet and wash basin. With a over sink mirrored cupboard.

This area is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 1

Located to the centre of the caravan is the 2 twin bedrooms.

The largest of the twins has 2 single beds with a bedside table with shelves. Overhead cupboad with shelves. And a single wardobe.

This area is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 2

The smallest of the twins has 2 single beds with a bedside table with shelves. And a half size single wardobe. This wardrobe is over the end of one of the beds.

The area is heated by a radiator.

THE BATHROOM

The main bathroom has a toilet, wash basin with mirror above, extractor fan. Along with a glass doored shower. Within the shower are 2 shelves.

The boiler is housed in a cupboard to the main bathroom.

The area is heated with a radiator.

THE DECKING AREA

The decking is to the door side, with a steps leading toa walkway alongside the caravan. Here is the main door and walking further along to the main part of the decking.

The area has a coffee table and decking furniture.

Please note this area is not gated.

The area has a table and chairs for your use.

HEATING

The caravan has a electric fire in the living area. 

And gas central heating throughout the caravan.

PARKING

Next to the caravan is parking for 1 car on paving slabs. With extra parking spaces available around the site.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

The caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

No pets,

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.

A £100 refundable security deposit (subject to the Terms and Conditions) is required within 24 hours to hold your dates. The completed booking form within 3 days of your booking being taken. Please note the £100 refundable deposit is not inlcuded in our prices. The cost of your holiday is then payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

On departure from the caravan, a caravan and inventory check are made. On this being satisfactory the £100 deposit is refunded within 7 days.

Passes for the site facilities are not included in our prices, but can be purchased on arrival priced Peak Season £18.50 per person. Under 2’s are free. These are per person for the duration of your stay not per night for up to 7 nights stay.

The fun filled family Holiday Park of West Bay, Dorset is set in the heart of the harbour village of West Bay itself.

One minute the kids are rocketing off the flume into our fantastic pool, the next they’re fishing for crabs from the harbour wall or hunting for fossils along the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast.

West Bay Holiday Park offers guests a great range of facilities to keep the whole family busy all day long. Hire some bikes and take in the sights of the Jurassic Coast or stay on park and enjoy a swim in the indoor pool.

West Bay is located in the heart of a pretty harbour village just a couple of minutes away from a beach that stretches for 16 miles, known as the Jurassic Coast.

Take a tour of Portland Bill Lighthouse and its visitor centre or pay a visit to the 150 rescued primates at Monkey World and watch them play!
