Our privately owned caravan is an immaculately presented family caravan upgraded in 2016 season.It has gas cectral heating and double glazing throughout
NEW FOR 2023 4G WIFI BROADBAND INSTALLED So you can watch Netflix iplayer etc
For your safety caravan is fitted with smoke alarms anadromous carbon monoxide alarms.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets and a large power shower.
Featuring a large airy lounge with new free standing furniture patio doors lead to an enclosed decked verandah with rattan furniture for you to relax with a glass of wine in the evening.There is a 40inch tv with freesat with a box for recording and fast forwarding your favourite progs.
There is a separate dinning area with table and 6chairs and a well equipped kitchen with full inventry of glasses cutlery and dishes and full size fridge/freezer, oven,grill,hob,microwave there is even a dishwasher. Toaster,iron ironing board toaster and vacuum.
There is 1 double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with wardrobes/drawers etc hairdryers and tvs /dvd combi installed all bedrooms.
The caravan is situated in an exclusive area of the park in a quiet cul de sac no passing traffic with its own parking bay.
There is a large patio area with table chairs parasol and a large grass area safe for the little ones to play
Pillows and duvets provided but you will need to bring your own bedding or I can supply bedding and have the beds made up for your arrival for a small charge (£35)
Due to the high standard of the caravan and for everyone's comfort there is no smoking and no pets allowed.

Splash and splosh down the water slides, or in the mini SplashZone of our heated indoor and outdoor pools. Or venture out to explore the bay and beyond. Tackle Crazy Golf, ten-pin bowling or tennis and swerve Welsh rainy days on our sports range. And if that's not enough, it's sister park, Lydstep Beach is just up the road if you fancy having a go at a variety of water sports. This park is perfect for a break away with your under 5.
