From the Living Room, The  French Doors open up onto the Seated Decking Area.

The Caravan is Carpeted throughout except for the kitchen, which has a High Quality Easy Clean Floor
To Keep Everything Nice and Cosy, this Model Has extra Insulation fitted as Standard, also the LED Downlights in all Rooms  Complete the Setting.

The Kitchen Looks Stunning, And comes complete with a Full Inventory of Kitchenware also including, Oven, Grill, Hob, Extractor,Toaster, Kettle, Integrated Full Size Fridge Freezer and Microwave With plenty of Cupboard Storage Space.

The Caravan has 3 Bedrooms, 1 x Double and 2 x Twin

The Main Bedroom is fitted with a Double Bed and Bedside Cabinets, Reading Lamps and Overhead Storage, Large Vanity Area and Integrated Wardrobe with Draws. TV/DVD fitted to the wall. The Ensuite has a W/C and Wash Basin.
There is Room at the bottom of the Bed for a Travel Cot to be Put Up.

Twin Bedroom 1 has a Bedside Cabinet and Wardrobe Space.

Twin Bedroom 2 is the larger of the Twins, with Bedside Cabinet, Reading Lamps, Overhead Storage and Wardrobe with Draws, also. TV Fitted to the Wall.

The Main Bathroom is a Lovely Size with Large Walk in Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin and Toilet, Towel Rail and cupboards.

For your Safety a Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Alarm and Carbon Monoxide Detector Have been Fitted .

You will be able to Access the Caravan by The Keysafe upon Arrival

Professional clean between every stay.

Now for the boring but necessary terms and conditions:
Non refundable deposit of £50 to secure your holiday, remainder due no later than four weeks before holiday please.
£50 bond required, which will be refunded after departure, if caravan is left in a clean and undamaged condition.
Park passes are not included, but can be purchased from Kiln Park. Tel: 01834 844121
You are responsible for your own holiday insurance against accidents, loss or damage of personal property, and against the unlikely event of the park having to close completely or in parts.

Cancellation Policy :
The £50 deposit is non refundable 

If you have to cancel your booking for any reason we will do our best to resell your cancelled date, in which case we will happily refund in full ( minus the deposit)

Table of refund at time of cancellation:
8 weeks + before holiday starts                         Full refund less deposit 
4-8 weeks before                                               50% refund less deposit 
Up to  4 weeks before.                                       No refund 

Sorry - we do not allow smoking (or Vaping) or pets in our caravan.

No Chargers to be left on overnight or while the caravan is unoccupied.
You can occupy the caravan from 3pm on arrival day, (we will let you know if it is ready earlier), and please leave by 10am on day of departure, to allow for cleaning before our next guests arrive.
