Our  2 bedroom Swift Bordeaux is located on a lovely south facing central and quiet plot on Goscar Court in Kiln Park with private parking, wifi and front and side decking areas.

The lounge area has front opening French doors that open out onto the decking which has ample space for patio table and chairs. There are free standing sofas for your comfort to watch TV which also has a built in DVD player.  There is also a fire for additional heat in the winter months.  Two upholstered cube stools stored under coffee table for additional seating.  

There is also an open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has gas oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, airfryer and slow cooker  The dining table comfortably seats 4 people with extra stools available in the van if required.

The bathroom is complete with large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower, WC & storage.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage space with overhead & bedside cabinets, wardrobes, dressing table, TV and en-suite toilet and washbasin.

​A further twin bedroom has storage space and mirror.  This room can be made into a double if preferred. There is an additional double sofabed in the lounge for your use.

All bedding is provided in the bedrooms , as seen in the pictures and the beds made up for your arrival. If you wish to use the soafbed in the lounge, please bring your own bedding.

A non-refundable Deposit of £50 is required on booking.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday date.

We also request a refundable damage and cleaning bond of £100, which is due with the balance and repaid within 7 days of leaving on inspection of the caravan.

1. The lead booker must be over 21 and attend the holiday.
2. No additional guests to stay in the caravan (over the number specified on the booking form)
3. Sorry, no pets allowed, however family pets may have been to the caravan.
4. No smoking, vaping in the caravan.
5. No barbeques on the decking.
6. Strictly No charging of electric vehicles at the caravan. There are charging points provided by Haven opposite the shop.
7. You will be booked on to the Haven Kiln Park site, to allow access and to enable Play Passes to be purchased (for over 4s), using the information on this booking form.
8. The codes for the key box will be provided to you the evening before your arrival. Please return the keys to the key box on departure.
9. The times of arrival and departure are to allow the cleaners to prepare for the next guests
10. There is private parking for 1 vehicle next to the caravan. Please don’t park on the grass, there is extra car parking close by if an extra vehicle is booked in.
11. £50 deposit is non refundable
12. £100 bond will be refunded within 7 days if no damages or excessive cleaning is required
13. Please email or phone the owners if there is anything missing or to report any damage/breakages so that these can be rectified in time for yourselves or the following guests.
14. Private Wi-Fi is available in the caravan. Please log out of streaming apps before you leave. Haven Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse and reception area only.
15. Please put the outside cushions back inside in the evenings
16. If you use the books, please feel free to exchange if you need to take any home with you.

Haven Rules:

1. Play Passes are only available to purchase for those who are registered with Haven.  With passes, you can access and book the swimming pools, activities and Marina Bar and entertainment. Without passes, you will only be able to access the supermarket, takeaways, arcade, bars and restaurants.
2. No all-adult groups such as hen, stag or any other parties that disrupt other guests
3. No guests to stay in van/motorhome/vehicle in private parking or car park parking bays.
4. No segways, hoverboards or balance boards unless they are part of a Haven-organised, on-park activity.
5. No smoking of vaporisers, e-cigarettes or tobacco in any of the public buildings. Outdoor areas for this are signposted.
6. Zero tolerance policy on drugs, firearms and offensive weapons.
7. Violent, aggressive, anti-social or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
8. No photographs to be taken in the pools and surrounding areas.
9. Members of the party who are 18 or over may be required to provide photographic evidence of your identity (valid driving license or passport) at any time during your stay.

Failure to adhere to any of the above, may mean that Haven will ask you to leave the site.
