THE CARAVAN

The caravan is rated as Prestige /Silver by Haven with a  front enclosed deck (13' x 8'), accessed by sliding doors from the lounge and extensive enclosed side decking (20' x8') with space for both al fresco dining and relaxing.  The side decking is south facing and the front enjoys the afternoon's  rays. 

​It is double glazed, centrally heated, sleeps 6, is centrally located on  a quiet road loop on 5* Kiln Park, with Tenby a 20 minute walk away and all of Pembrokeshires attractions and beaches within easy reach. It has:

• private parking and large grassed area, in addition to 
• two south and west facing lockable decking areas with furniture for al fresco dining
• easy access to the beach entrance, shop, reception, clubhouse
• fully equipped kitchen, including cooker, dual airfryer, microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, iron and board, airer
• One double bedroom with en-suite toilet and washbasin
• 2 twin bedrooms with 2'6" beds, which can be pushed together, 
• Lovely lounge area, with 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, private WiFi, smart TV, PS3, games, books

The kitchen and dining areas are equipped with ample crockery, mugs, glasses, cutlery and utensils (plus children's plates and cups), along with a microwave, gas oven/grill, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer and slow cooker. Additionally, there is a dining table with seating for four. Tea towel, handwash and washing up liquid are provided. 

The lounge area is designed for comfort and includes a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, a coffee table and stools. Additional features in the lounge include:

- Free private Wi-Fi
- A 43" Smart TV that allows connections to streaming accounts such as Netflix/Prime
- A games console with several games
- A selection of DVDs, games and books
- A sound system compatible with your playlists or radio
- A fireplace with various lighting controls

The family bathroom offers a large shower, toilet, mirror and wash basin, with bath mats, toilet roll and handwash provided.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, overhead cupboards, side storage tables and a small dressing table area with a wall-mounted TV above. A hairdryer and a clothes airer can also be found in this room, as well as a small ironing board in the wardrobe. Please note that there is enough room to put a travel cot in this room. A travel cot, highchair and bed guards are available on request. The en-suite to this room provides a second toilet with mirror and hand basin.

The two other bedrooms house the larger 2'6" beds, with each having a wardrobe and cupboards for storage.

We will supply all bedding and make up the beds that you require, ready for your arrival. Caravan sleeps up to 6 guests (bedrooms only). 

Outside the Caravan

There is a private parking area next to the caravan, as well as a convenient car park for any second vehicles just around the corner.

There are two secure areas of decking. The first is to the side of the caravan, which has tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, along with steps at the rear to a large 8 seater picnic table. The front decking is enclosed (great if you have little ones) and has seating for relaxing in the afternoon and evening sun.

Days & Passes

The prices are for ACCOMMODATION ONLY and do not include Haven passes. These can be purchased from Haven, once we have booked you onto the site (about 8 weeks before arrival).

Our breaks are listed as 3, 4 and 7 day breaks to tie in with the Haven dates for Play Passes, however if you require different dates, please enquire.

A Haven Play Pass, is required if you want to book into the indoor pool, activities or the Marina Bar  (entertainment) part of the clubhouse.

All other areas of the park and clubhouse are open to all, including the restaurant and all eating venues.

NO pets allowed sorry.

NO charging of electric vehicles allowed at the caravan. There are 4 charging points, provided by Haven in the car park opposite the shop.
NO same sex groups allowed (Haven rules)

Enquiries & Bookings

You will be asked to provide:

• The name, address, email address and phone number of main hirer (over 21)
• The number and names of adult guests and contact details (over 17)
• The number of children and ages ( 5-17)
• The number of infants (4 and under)
• Vehicle registration (up to 2 vehicles may be booked on per caravan) - Note that a second vehicle needs to be placed in the car park

Deposit & Cleaning/Damage Bond

In order to hold your required dates, a deposit of £50 is requested.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the booking, as well as a damage and cleaning bond of £100. This will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure, as long as there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.
 

Check-in and Out

Check-in is at 3pm on the day of arrival, although the facilities of the park can be used earlier. Check out is by 10am to allow the cleaners time to prepare for the next guests.

On arrival at the park, the security guards will check the vehicle registration(s) provided and direct you to the caravan. Access is via a coded key box at the caravan. You will only need to go to Reception to pick up any passes purchased.
