Our 3 Bedroom 8 Berth 2019 model caravan has Double Glazing and also Central Heating throughout, (Direct piped, no gas bottles) it is sited on an extra large plot, which has it's own driveway, plus 2 grassed areas, it also has an enclosed Decking with Patio Furniture consisting of a 2 seater sofa, 2 single chairs and a coffee table.

We can allow 1 - 2 Dogs in our Caravan

The caravan is conveniently located close to an allocated Dog walking park.

Beds are made up ready for you and we provide a selection of Towels to use within the caravan.

We send out printed booking confirmation letters along with other useful information including a park map

THIS CARAVAN HAS IT'S OWN PARKING AREA on it's own driveway

WE ALSO LET OUT A LUXURY 4 BEDROOM HOLIDAY HOME IN SCARBOROUGH TOWN TO SLEEP UP TO 8 PERSONS

We do NOT permit smoking within the Caravan-no exceptions, we let out to Families, Couples, and Single persons. The lead named person booking & attending must be 21 or over to let our Caravan.

We provide all bedding, and the beds in the bedrooms are made up ready, we also provide a selection of Towels for use within the caravan only, we ask that you bring your own larger Towels to use outside the caravan for use on the beach or to use at the pool etc

We request that you leave the caravan clean, tidy & without damage when you vacate. (Please also refer to our Damage Bond notes below.) Please notify us of any damages, breakages, faulty items or other issues so we can promptly deal with issues for you, before you vacate, and before the next family moves in. PLEASE consider other resident's in nearby caravans with respect to noise & nuisance, all complaints will be taken seriously, and could result in early termination of your stay without refund.

 We can accept up to 8 persons in this caravan, it is designed for max 4 Adults / 4 Childre

Please do not leave Dogs alone in the caravan, this is a rule of the parkowners, there is a Dog walking park close to the caravan.

Cancellations, please notify us 4 weeks prior to your booking start date if you need to cancel your booking, after this time we may not be able to refund you, depending on the circumstances, however all monies paid including the non-returnable deposit can be carried forward towards a future booking.

We take a £50 Returnable Damage Bond on all bookings, the Bond will be promptly refunded after satisfactory inspection of the caravan, its fixtures, fittings & contents, The Bond is usually refunded within 3 Working Days after you vacate, please make sure that we have your correct bank details as these do not show when you make a payment to us, we require name of bank, sort code, account number, exact name on the account. The bond is NOT refunded by the owner when you vacate, please note that any Damages above the £50 Bond value will be invoiced separately.

STRICTLY NO SUBLETTING of this caravan to any other people including friends or other family members without us giving our prior permission, only those named when booking will have permission to stay in the caravan for the Dates you have booked.

We reserve the right to terminate a booking at any time without refund; If the noisy/unruly behaviour of guests is disturbing others, OR if It is found that there are more people than stated upon booking, occupying the caravan.

Left Property, should you leave any items behind, we will do our best to post items back to you

if requested, however we have a minimum charge of £10 to cover costs

VACATE TIME IS 11 am
