This caravan has given our family many years of happy memories and is now available for rent Pet friendly, recently refurbished, 2 bedroom caravan (4 berth) with decking, situated in an ideal position with sea view, 2 minutes from the beach. Perfect for family holidays.
This caravan is ideally situated with sea views and is positioned on the end of a row. With brand new, child and dog friendly, secure decking.
There is a nearby club house which has live music and Bingo, a fabulous Fish & Chip shop, American Diner, pub and a well stocked convenience store. There is easy access to many fabulous beaches and walks around Norfolk.
Easy beach walk into Cromer (20 minutes) and Sheringham (50 minutes) for those who like a longer walk.
Sheringham has a working steam engine line, for those rail enthusiasts, which will take you to Holt.
The nearby beach is a great place to spend with the family and, of course, your furry friends.
The caravan has just been fully refurbished and has new flooring and decor throughout the van.
There is 1 twin and 1 double bedroom and sofa bed in lounge. Due to COVID regulations all bedding and towels must be brought with you (including duvets and pillows) and fresh mattress protectors are put on each week. A hairdryer is located in the double bedroom.
Well equipped kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle.
TV with built in DVD player, small selection of DVD's, jigsaws, playing cards and board games are available. There is Wi-fi available on site (extra charge)
Heating comprises a gas fire in lounge, electric wall mounted heaters in bedrooms and bathroom.
There is a new and maintained fire extinguisher and smoke alarm in kitchen/sitting room
There is outside seating, windbreak, beach trolley and some outdoor games located in a secure locker behind caravan. On-site parking.

The Gap Caravan Site is located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.
The park has remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runton's very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide. East Runton also offers two pubs, a Greek restaurant, Fish & Chips and a convenience shop. Within waking distance is the town of Cromer, with it's Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.
Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Splash' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Whatever time of year you choose to holiday at Gap Caravan Park you are bound to find plenty to see and do and one thing is certain - one visit is never enough...
