Located in a fantastic position, footsteps away from the beach, we are on the cliff tops of East Runton in North Norfolk, just over a mile away from Cromer town centre.

We have remarkable views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Cromer pier, church and lighthouse can also be seen from most parts of the site. There is a slope opposite our entrance which goes straight down to East Runtons very own Blue Flag beach, leading to hours of fun to be had building sandcastles or searching for crabs in the rock pools at low tide.

East Runton also offers two pubs, lovely restaurant and aFish & chips takeaway, and a convenience shore.

Within waking distance there is the town of Cromer, with its Blue Flag sandy beaches, famous pier, Church, numerous cafes and shops, museum, cinema and the end of pier 'Seaside Special' shows. There is also a train station which runs direct to the fine city of Norwich, which is 40 minutes away.

Sheringham, a short five minute drive away, is another busy seaside town. It has the 'Reef' Leisure Pool as well as beautiful gardens to see at Priory Maze and Gardens. There is also the opportunity to hop on the North Norfolk Steam Railway to take a ride to the Georgian town of Holt.
Easy beach walk into Cromer (20 minutes) and Sheringham (50 minutes) for those who like a longer walk.

All within walking distance we have Harrys Bar which is new Sports Bar with  music & entertainment. Also we have Wills Fish & Chip shop, which is open everyday from 12pm until 8pm. Also there is the White horse pub serving great food, your traditional local style pub the Ship Inn and a well stocked convenience store. There is easy access to many fabulous beaches and walks around Norfolk.

The Caravan

Pet friendly, 2 bedroom caravan (4 berth) with decking, situated in an ideal position with sea views, 2 minute walk from the beach. Perfect for family holidays.

This caravan is ideally situated and is positioned on the end of a row. With recently new, child and dog friendly, secure decking.

The nearby beach is a great place to spend with the family and, of course your pet friendly Dog

• Well equipped kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle & freezer/fridge
• Wifi available in the caravan (Included in the price)
• Smart TV (Netflix & Amazon Prime available, you just need to log into your accounts) Freeview TV, DVD player with a small selection of DVD's.
• Jigsaws, playing cards and board games are available.
• Heating comprises a gas fire in lounge, electric wall mounted heaters in bedrooms and bathroom.
• There is a new and maintained fire extinguisher and smoke alarm in kitchen/sitting room
• Duvet and pillow cases provided
• Bed linen and towels are not provided.
