This is a large, luxury, value for money caravan, and has all you need for a super holiday or break. Double glazing and central heating are fitted. Pet friendly.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for devices and the 42" Smart TV in the lounge.

There are 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge, so that up to 8 people can be accommodated. The sofa bed  forms a small double and is best suited to children or a small adult.

The large lounge has a 42" Smart TV with Wi-Fi connection and a DVD player, comfortable seating and large picture windows. 

The dining/kitchen area is open plan and has all the modern equipment required for self catering, including a fridge/freezer. 

There is a shower room with a thermostatically controlled shower and heated towel rail

Central heating radiators plus the log effect electric fire will keep you nice and warm on any cooler nights.

Outside is a lovely veranda with a table and chairs on which you can enjoy the sun! 

Bed linen and entertainment passes are included in the hire cost.

South Bay Holiday Park in Devon overlooks the harbour town of Brixham, which is about a mile away. There are views across the Bay to Paignton and Torquay from South Bay Holiday Park. There is a bus stop right outside the Park, timetables are available in Reception. 

There are lovely walks from the Park with spectacular coastal and sea views, excellent for walking the dog, or if you want a peaceful stroll. 

South Bay Holiday Park has many facilities including:-

The nearest beach is St Mary's Bay which is about a 15 minute walk along country paths and lanes. You need to go down a significant number of steps to get there but it is well worth the effort. A lovely bay with sand and pebbles, it is unspoilt and a good swimming spot. Sometimes seals can also be seen here. 
Beaches with all the modern facilities can be found at Broadsands and Goodrington, about a 10/15 minute drive. 

Paignton is about 4 miles away and has all of the usual British resort amenities. Something for everyone, including the beach, pier, amusements, eating places, cinema and home for the start of the Steam Railway to Dartmouth. 

Torquay is about 6 miles from South Bay. It is a cosmopolitan town with many seaside attractions and also High Street Shops. 

A ferry from Brixham harbour to Torquay harbour is a lovely 30 minute boat ride.

Dartmouth is not to be missed. A small town sitting on where the River Dart meets the sea, it is full of charm and character. Boat trips can also be taken from here to Totnes. 

You can also venture further afield to Dartmoor and other coastal resorts from Brixham. 

The local area of Torbay has many varied attractions for all ages. 

Brixham Harbour is full of history and interest with lots of nice eateries and shops as well, and don't forget 'crabbing' from the Quay, Brixham is famous for it!
