This lovely caravan features gas central heating and double glazing. It is large and spacious.
One of the best 3 bedroomed rental caravans on the Park.
It has an en-suite to the main bedroom. Plus a second TV. Two other twin bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge and a family shower room.
It sleeps 6-8 people. The bed setee is best suited to small children or lighter adults.
The lounge is large and comfortable with a 43" Smart TV with complimentary WiFi. A subsription is needed to use paid channels, eg, Netflix.
The kitchen is lovely with a full size cooker, microwave, integrated fridge freezer and all the utensils and equipment you could want if you decided to be totally self-catering. The dining table and chairs are all free-standing.
Outside is a lovely veranda with a table and chairs for alfresco meals.
Gas, electricity, and bed linen are included in our charges.
You will have the advantage of being in the 'Ashmoor' area of the Park, within a short walk of all the facilities of South Bay Holiday Park, and with parking close by.
Brixham is a lovely fishing harbour town with many attractions including 'crabbing' for the family. Visit the 'Golden Hind'.
Your nearest beach is a 15 min walk. St Marys Bay is a lovely, unspolit, sweepping bay but can only be accessed by a large number of steps.
Other beaches at Broadsands and Goodrington are about a 10-15 min drive. They are sandy and have all modern facilities. Goodrington also has a Water Park.
Paignton is a typical seaside resort with a pier and something for everyone. It is also the home of the steam train to Dartmouth, also well worth a visit.
Torquay is more cosmopolitan and is about a 7 mile drive around the Bay but can also be reached by Ferry from Brixham, about a 30 min boat ride.

This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There’s plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids’ club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.
Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the Oceanus Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary’s Cove.
The harbourside at Brixham is perfect for a spot of crabbing and is home to some fantastic restaurants with freshly caught fish prepared daily or if you prefer you can enjoy some good old fashioned fish and chips and choose from over 35 flavours of ice cream!
Torquay, Britains premier resort offers an endless supply of things to do and a bustling nightlife. The Torbay area abounds with local attractions and interesting places to visit. Visit the Eden Project for a good day out.
