This is a large, luxury caravan on the excellent South Bay Holiday Park; very nicely appointed with quality equipment. 

Sleeping 4-6, the caravan comes complete with gas central heating and double glazing. 

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for devices and the smart TV in the Lounge. You will need your own account for any subscription channels.

South Bay Holiday Park at Brixham in Devon is one of the county's premier Parks. 

The closest beach is St Marys Bay, which is a natural unspoilt bay. It is about a 15 minute walk along some country paths with stunning scenery. To access the beach you must go down a significant number of steps but it is well worth it. 

Other beaches worth visiting are Broadsands, Goodrington and Paignton. They have modern facilities and are only a 10-15 minute drive. 

Facilities at South Bay include: Reception; Indoor/outdoor heated pool; Children's play areas; Shop; Club and bar; Crazy golf; Kids' 'Foxy' club; Evening entertainment. 

There are also lovely scenic walks close to the Park and a bus service at the Park entrance. Taxis are also reasonable and available.

Brixham is about a mile away with a harbour, the 'Golden Hind', crabbing from the quay for all, and many cafés and shops to explore; very picturesque and full of character. 

Paignton is a typical British holiday town with a beach, pier, shops, restaurants and amusements with something for all ages. The steam train also leaves here for the lovely port of Dartmouth. 

Torquay is more cosmopolitan and has a harbour, cafés and restaurants, high street shops, a beach and some amusements. 

There is so much to do it is almost impossible to list, try the famous Paignton zoo, Cockington village, Go-Karts, the Water Park, to name but a few.
