This is a large, luxurious, 'Platinum+' double glazed and central heated caravan of the highest letting quality, on South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon. Pet friendly (extra charge applies).
Complimentary WiFi is included. The Smart TV is tuned in to the WiFi but you will need your own account for subscription channels, ie, Netflix.
There is a large outside decking area with a gate, table, and chairs.
Parking very close by.
This luxury caravan has 3 bedrooms, plus a pull-out bed in the lounge, best suited to children, thus allowing up to 8 guests.
The large and spacious lounge includes a 40" Smart TV plus DVD player, along with a lovely dining area.
The modern kitchen offers all the amenities you may require, including a fridge/freezer and microwave, cooker, etc.
The shower room has a large shower, WC and wash hand basin, along with a radiator.
The three bedrooms comprise a main room with double bed, fitted wardrobes, a second TV and en-suite toilet with radiator, along with two twin bedded rooms, each with wardrobes and a radiator.

A 10% or £50.00 deposit, whichever is the greater, secures a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the booking start.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date must be paid in full.
Payments are prefered by bank transfer but we also have a card machine.

This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There’s plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids’ club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.
Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the Oceanus Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary’s Cove.
The harbourside at Brixham is perfect for a spot of crabbing and is home to some fantastic restaurants with freshly caught fish prepared daily or if you prefer you can enjoy some good old fashioned fish and chips and choose from over 35 flavours of ice cream!
Torquay, Britains premier resort offers an endless supply of things to do and a bustling nightlife. The Torbay area abounds with local attractions and interesting places to visit. Visit the Eden Project for a good day out.
