The caravan is situated on Kensington ,a quiet area of the park over looking a small duck pond , the caravan has large wrap around  furnished  secure decking , hard standing for 2 parked cars , this is a premium pitch ,the caravan is set out like a 2 bed bungalow and fully kitted out with everything you will need for a fantastic stay , making those memories with family and friends , The lounge has free standing furniture , fitted display cabinets , 43 inch all singing all dancing tv , the kitchen is a full sized fully stocked kitchen ,with inter grated fridge freezer , full size cooker and over ,ninja 14/1 air fryer etc , there is a twin room which can be magpie into a double on request ,,oposite is a full bathroom ,shower over bath ,toilet and  sink  ,and a master king bed with en suite and walk in wardrobe . The caravan is fully central heated . There is a living fire in lounge for effect and tan heated . New floorings  and curtains throughout . 
there is a £100 cleanliness /theft /damage waver ,£50 non refundable deposite on booking 

electric cars are not permitted to be charged onsite , if found doing this your £109 waver will not be returned 

nearest charge point us tescos just over the roundabout which has fast charge ,whilst you do ur shopping ur car will be charged up ready to go 

passes not included ,can be purchased from reception on arrival  onto park 

bed lined £10 per person ,beds made up on arrival / please strip beds before leaving so can be collected by laundry service
