Sited on tudor  top end , facing full sun from morning till evening , is very homely , available to rent 11 months of the year  .it is very cozy in those winter months with full central heating , plus gets the sun all day   , sleeps 6,1 king  and 2 twin room  , smart TVs in all bedrooms and lounge , there is a large gated decking so secure for the dogs and children .large grass area out front , ample parking , the kitchen is well stocked including a ninja 7/1 , plus all sauces , tea coffee sugar sweeteners ,salt pepper ,etc ,kitchen roll toilet rolls ,everything you need for a lovely holiday to make memories , .lovely position on the north norfolk coast as a bace , visit Sandrigham for those wood walks , walk along the beach paths , visit brancaster harbour or wells next to the sea , do some crabbing with nets , of just to do a bit of fishing at high tide with the children , come stay for bonfire weekend , Excelent firework display on Clift top with fun fair , visit over Christmas new yr , book a special Christmas dinner or new yrs day dinner at the local restaurants , enjoy a blustery walk along the front ,watch the Christmas Day swimmers or take part ,hunstanton has so much to offer 

bedding can be provided at an extra cost of £45 fully occupied or £10 per person ,beds made up on arrival if you have the linnen provided , £100 damage, cleanliness and theft  waver , £50  non refundable deposit on booking . Very pet friendly.

Electric cars are not permitted to be charged from my electric from the caravan as this tends to blow the electric on the caravan and it is a park rule ,and will be asked to leave the site if seen, if found doing this then the damage/cleanliness waver will not be returned.
