Sited on tudor  top end , facing full sun from morning till evening , has been modernised and very homely , available to rent 11 months of the year , oil filled radiators in rooms and bathroom and seperate toilet it , is very cozy in those winter months plus gets the sun all day making the caravan even Warmer  , gas fire plus extra heating if needed  , sleeps 6,1 double and 1 twin room , a double sofa bed in the lounge with added topper for extra comfort , there is a large gated decking so secure for the dogs and children .

bedding can be provided at an extra cost of £45 fully occupied or £10 per person with towels , beds made up , £50 damage waver , £50 deposit on booking . Very pet friendly.

no charging cars from the caravan ,as this is a fire hazard as the caravans are not equipped for this And will trip the main fuses outside of the caravan .
